terrific location and spacious apartment. This is a 50 year old building that was previously neglected. No preventive maintenance just a patch as you go mentality. New ownership seems to have solid plans but time will tell about execution.

I have resided at the Royale Apartments for almost 5 years. Liz, the current Property Manager with Winn Residential. She has come into her role under some very adverse circumstances that stems for conflict between management and residents which was created by previous owners. Liz has been extremely helpful in resolving any issues or concerns that I brought to her attention in a timely manner. She is open to suggestions on how to improve the resident experience here at the Royale. I appreciate the level of professionalism and enthusiasm that Liz brings to the management team. Poor management my own experience 4 months ago when I moving in Apart 307. They didn't want show me the Apartment before I signed the lease and I pay a month rent and month deposit. After they got my money the manager show me the Apartment it was dead mouse ,not vanity in the bathroom and under the kitchen sink was in pcs where more mouse can coming inside it was the more poor condition that I never any human been experience. They fixed 4 days later but I suffer for depression and stress for a month for what they put me thru. If the building it's in bad conditions WHY ? they keep renting to people that we are in such necessity to get Apartments.

We moved in and noticed bed bugs in the elevator. Bought bed bug spray to spray inside our unit. Next morning woke up to 4 bed bugs on our mattress and 2 more inside my shoe. This place is not worth it.

This apartment complex is infested with bed bugs, moldy carpet inside the elevator and visible signs on bed bugs everywhere. Walk away. This is one experience you don't want to have.

This complex is infested with bed bugs and they have been seen in all common areas including laundry room and elevator. Black ants in the bathroom and red ants were seen in my kitchen.
The whole complex is infested with bed bugs. Management is trying to hide this issue from new tenants that are moving in.
It very decent and peaceful community. Lease manager and team are very friendly.
