Nice Spacious apartments. New Management listens to you and helps you as much as they can. Quiet Neighborhood. It would help the community if the people with dogs would clean up after their pets and keep the yards clean. No complaints good price good location and it helps to have a good manager on site that helps you with any problems on the property. Thank you Monica you are the best!

Running Brooks overall is a very pleasant apartment complex. Its quiet and very close to a few neighboring schools. Its an ideal complex for children with many open spaces for them to do all sorts of activities. The people are nice and its very easy to call home. If your raising children Id highly recommend it.

Do NOT MOVE HERE !!!! Warning !
The managers are horrible including the new managers . All the tenants do is make noise all night and the office does not care even though you pay your hard earned rent every month. Maintenance never comes to fix anything on time. Parking is horrible for people who live on the front street. & the rent is always going up ! It’s not worth it

My Apartment Review
The apartment is nice and spacious and the yard around the buildings are very well kept. I haven't had any pest and they have exterminators come every week. If there is a problem with anything in the apartment, the office will send maintance promptly. Those are the good things about Running Brooks, here is the bad. The problem I have with my apartment complex is all the promised amenities are non-existent. There is suppose to be a computer room, laundry rooms, a gym and a pool. The machines in the laundry rooms and the gym broke down along with the computers. Management has said they are going to fix it but they never have. So all these areas have been closed. The pool is often closed most of the time. I don't think they are ever going to fix those things, so I'm going to move out.
