The landlord is a lying dog you will not get your lease do not waste your money you will have to pay $35 extra a month to park in the garage you get ripped off its more rent than it says they don't fix your stuff no matter how much you ask it's more hilarious than anything how immature the people that work here are I've asked a million times for a copy of my lease and for my dishwasher to get fixed in my AC because they're conditioner here is garbage not to mention the pot smell in the hallway and the crime going on around here loud music trains sirens things going on right outside the building but landlord is too lazy to do anything about it so she said it's not her job well news flash it is her job she wont do anything do not waste your money here I wish I can get my money back and get free of the remaining months of my lease they will screw you over don't waste your money can't stress that enough
The apartments are gorgeous and the views to downtown and the riverfront are stunningly beautiful year round. Management is professional and prompt with business issues, maintenance handles service calls within 24-48hrs, and the janitor does an excellent job at keeping the building well groomed, inside and out. This is not just another downtown property, it's a home. I'd recommend this property to even the pickiest of renters! Apt. 410

Thank you for your feedback. We are very proud of our amazing amenities, great location, and exceptional staff.
I live in a building were everything is convenient from going down stairs to the resturant to have drinks with your friends or even order food when your feeling lazy in don't feel like cooking. Feeling Out of shape? Well there's a work out room open 24 hours. Need computer access but don't have a laptop or don't even feel like being bother at the library? There's also a computer room. You know how some apartments have 2 Dryers and 2 washers? Not the Lamson building they have plenty. The people here are also friendly stay giving in welling to help sometimes I feel like our Building is one big family. Hmmmmm Something like The Lamson Family.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased you enjoy living at Russell Lamson, your feedback is important to us.
I was not told when signing my lease that this was a totally non smoking building. After I had moved in is when I was told to sign about it. I was not happy since I am a smoker. You have to go outside to smoke and then have to listen to the business's in the building complain about it and the guy who owns one of the business's is even a smoker. As far as the apts. they are very nice and worth the money since you do have computers and a gym to use. The parking garage is kind of nice since you never have to remove snow. They do have a hard time keeping a maintenance person on staff. You do have a lot of special needs and senior renters.

i havent moved in but i love the service their people wereso nice and gave tons of smiles thought i didnt like how loud it was over all it was good
Really shady customer service, No One called me back when I was inquiring about the apartments!!!
I loved, loved, loved this apartment! Unfortunately I did not qualify as I make a little more than 30 thousand a year. The building has been decorated nicely with beautiful rooms within. Each apartment we looked at was not a "cookie cutter" of each other and it would have been easy to find one that would have fit our needs. Bonus were the extras in the computer room, the lounge, the huge room with many washers and dryers, and especially the storage units in basement at no charge to the renter. I would only say that parking would have been a problem. It would be a perfect place for someone looking for an "urban" setting with bus service convenient to them.
