Living at Rutherford Station Apartments is a great experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially with the rail station just a short walk away, makes commuting hassle-free. I also appreciate the amenities, including the fitness center and outdoor communal spaces, which add to the overall comfort. The management team is professional and quick to respond. Lovely place to call home.

Rutherford Station is a quiet, clean and friendly community to reside in. It’s convenient to all local restaurants, shopping centers and coffee shops. I would highly recommend renting here for anyone who’s in the market.

Great location, amazing restaurants near by and good amenities. Only downside is the sound of the train occasionally, although it’s tolerable.

I am very happy living at Rutherford Station. Our apartment is spacious and comfortable. The property staff are very helpful and responsive. Neighbors are pleasant and quiet. We have a small balcony to sit out on and a lovely enclosed outdoor space (including a dog park)

Love Rutherford Station! It has been my home for almost 3 years. No complaints! It's safe, clean, and a pleasant environment. I enjoy how close public transportation is and having both the train or bus option. Best decision I made!

A great community to live in and work from home. The management is always very helpful to their residents. The community is steps away from the train station and local businesses.

The location of this apt building is perfect. It's near everything. The only problem is the noise from apt to apt. Being a none-rental person for so many years it took me awhile to get used to the noises. Most of the time it is not a problem but occasionally people are loud. The building is clean, people are very polite, and the management staff is very courteous.

It’s convenient and properly maintained with an amazing staff. The staff has changed over the past 7 or 8 years but that’s expected. It’s always nice to meet new people who respect the residents and always make good decisions to make this building better. Thank you to the current team for their hard efforts.

The apartment and the amenities are fine. The staff is very good! The area is great with access to roads and public transportation. The noise from other apartments (especially above) is very annoying.

Building management is doing the best they can to ensure a comfortable living experience--especially Rochelle and Dan.

Rochelle and Dan have been exceptional in communicating and advising us about our move.

Very nice neighborhood with friendly people. Feels like I am down south. Very reliable transportation and plenty of shops,stores and restaurants near by. The building is one of a kind and always well maintained.

Rutherford Station Apartments continues to be very well managed with hardworking and friendly staff, who provide a safe and friendly environment even in the midst of the pandemic. When it is safe again, I very much look forward to the fun residential events that were hosted periodically such as summer courtyard dog owner parties.

We moved into Rutherford Station without being able to tour the community and our future apartment. The professionalism of the leasing office, videos provided, and community reviews were what pushed us to sign a lease. We've been happy here since. Being so close to public transportation in/out of NYC is a huge plus of the building. The town of East Rutherford is beautiful and it is easy to walk to/from restaurants from Rutherford Station. The gym is beautiful and clean, and the Peloton bikes are a huge plus. We look forward to continuing to live here.

Rutherford Station Apartments make living easy. They are close to the train station and to many different restaurants and pubs. The apartments are spacious with amenities that make for comfortable living.

I relocated here from Ohio and wasnt convinced that living New Jersey and working in the city would work for me. Jenny, sold me on this apartment and how I could have the best of both worlds. She printed me commuting instructions. Showed the same apartment several times and held my hand through the entire process. I have only been here a few weeks, but she still follows up with me to ensure I have everything I need. This was an excellent decision for me.

Rutherford Station has been a dream come true. Everyone you meet in the building greets you with a smile. The apt is so close to the train station, nightlife, and offers all the necessary convenience commuters need in an apt.

While the staff is friendly and the renovated apartments look nice, it's all just a veneer for your standard cheap apartment. The appliances are cheaply made, as is the carpet. The train station is very close, which is good if you take the train but awful if you don't like hearing train horns 3 times an hour. The neighbors all seem to have toddlers who run screaming down the halls several times a day. The walls are very thin and every tantrum can be clearly heard. If you don't live on the top floor, you'll hear your upstairs neighbors as they walk around their apartment. All of this would be fine if the place wasn't so expensive. Rent covers no utilities and additional fees for garbage and water are mandatory. If you have pets, you'll pay a non-refundable fee of $500 each year on top of $50 extra a month. Another fee of $500 a year is mandatory for "upkeep". It costs $150 to park your car each month. All of this on top of a rent that is several hundred dollars over other apartments in this area. I wouldn't recommend unless you like the sound of crying children and trains, and have some extra money you want to get rid of.

Rutherford Station in East Rutherford is about as great as any reasonable person could ask for. We have lived in the building since May 2015 and really we have just about zero complaints. Doris the property manager is an absolute delight to work with. She has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us with our move in last year and our recent transfer to a new unit. She does everything she can to make sure tenants are satisfied and accommodated. Everyone from the concierge to the maintenance manager are just good people and a pleasure to deal with. The property is under new management so it's only reasonable to be patient during the transition, but I'm hoping for an easier/more reliable buzz in system for the entrances. The building is well built, always clean and we've never had any pest problem. I only wish certain people (neighbors) would be more considerate of others, but that is with ANY apartment building unless the units are sound proof. All in All we love living here, very very convenient location, across the street from transportation to NYC and walking to stores/restaurants. The rent price is worth what you get in return: Quality & Convenience.

I recently moved in to newly renovated apartment at Rutherford Station in East Rutherford. It has hardwood floors and luxurious granite counter tops. Not to mention huge bathrooms and lots of closet space. This community is well-kept with gorgeous NYC views and there are a lot of standard amenities available for residents. The most appealing thing about this community was its location--it's literally two steps from the New Jersey Transit train station, which is just one stop away from Hoboken or Secaucus. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping within walking distance. The community itself is very inclusive, offering indoor parking (great for the winter), a newly renovated recreation room that you can rent out for parties and an all access 24hr fitness center, even a doggy park, which my puppy loves. The staff in the building is EXCELLENT and always so pleasant. Moving can be stressful, but luckily I met Doris, the property manager. She was very welcoming an walked me though the whole process, making it quick and easy. The maintenance manager, Lovell was prompt and efficient when I had to put in a work order since I made my washer overflow. Needless to say within 10 minutes he had it all taken care of. They also offer several incentives that make it all about their residents, including a fantastic move in specials and refer a friend bonus. Overall the Rutherford Station community is a great place to live and I recommend it to all!
