Rye House

I absolutely love living at Rye House and being part of this amazing community! The complex is always so clean, and everything is consistently on point. Coming all the way out here from NYC, I’m so grateful to have found a place that offers everything I imagined and more. It truly feels like home, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here!

the noise caused by the other residents and the lack of the staff/management in not doing anything to correct the situation. These are supposed to be "premium-luxury" apts. Also the smell of weed inside the hallways & smell of urine from dogs peeing in the elevator and hallways would say otherwise. They say to call whenever there is a problem but nothing is ever done to fix the problem so what's the use of even calling about it numerous times and nothing getting done about it???

Hello,I've lived here 20 points,and love here,aside from noise,maruajna trash our GM and his crew are amazing and very respectful,enduring,etc they are one of the reasons I stay hear,hoping to live out my days here,and lastly I am a foliage person,well it doesn't get any better than here,by the way Ryan has done a lot to get rid of,and limit what is not excepted here

Great building, the location is perfect. It feels like city meets the suburbs. The waterfront views are breathtaking, the entire neighborhood is beautiful and extremely clean. Security is top notch!! I’ve only been here for 3 months and I’m loving it.

Honestly such an amazing and beautiful neighborhood especially around the holidays. Excited to see new small businesses and small fronts start coming to life!

this is my first apartment and i am loving it! the community is amazing, the residents, the staff and not to mention all the fun activities they bring to us throughout the month

Overall, I think Rye House Apartments is a pretty nice place to live. The amenities are great as is the location. My two main complaints are: I have heard the older-middle aged gentleman who I believe is the leasing manager, gossiping about tenants in a way that is unprofessional and would make me rethink living here. Also, as cost-saving measure, the facility has severely limited the amount of hot water each tenant can use and frankly, I don’t use very much to be affected.

My experience has been great so far. Views are amazing, pop-up food trucks genius, events hosted in the grass area is just great. Monthly events are always posted in the elevators. Love it here.

Parking hasn’t been very accommodating for tenants here especially when there are events happening in the area. Tenants pay for parking monthly and are not guaranteed a spot on lower levels when guests are visiting the neighborhood. You have to pay for parking everywhere around here which is inconvenient to some.

Honestly you can’t find better in my opinion. The staff are nice and very helpful. The apartments are clean and the view is astonishing. Neighbors are quiet for the most part (in my opinion during the times it matters) like late at night or early in the morning! The security is always alerts and around. The amenities mixed in with the events hosted around our block are the best!!

No complaints. Staff responds in a timely manner, everything works, and what gets broken gets repaired quickly and efficiently. Staff members are friendly and helpful.

We are mostly pleased with everything so far. The staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is professional and responsive. Our view of the water is amazing. The other tenants seem friendly and kind. The apartments are very quiet. The only noise I can hear is when people walk down the hall. My only complaint so far is that there is very loud noise in the courtyard when the dumpsters are being changed and when the landscapers are using leaf blowers.

The apartment is well-maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and always quick to respond to any maintenance requests. I've had a pleasant experience living here so far.

The move-in process was very smooth. I came in, spoke to the front desk personnel and they reviewed all of online documents and handed me Over the keys! Maintainence was very helpful as well when it came to the move- in inspection and helped me with any questions that I had. Great overall experience.

My move in experience was by far the best I've had before. Smooth and fast, The leasing agents are very kind and answered all questions and concerns I had!

It’s been about 3 weeks since I’ve moved in. I love living here so far and don’t have any real complaints. Walking to the parking garage is a bit of an adjustment for me, but the Bozzuto team is great and helps to make things really convenient. I love the sense of community I feel so far. Really happy that I chose to live here.

RYE HOUSE is one of the Best place that I have the opportunity of living at and around Where it’s safe, clean and With exquisite views. The staff is beyond polite and accommodating.

I have been here a year and I love it. I can’t wait till all the shops open then I will never have to leave. There is a water front tavern right across the street, Harris teeter, target everything is at your fingertips here and I don’t see me leaving any time soon.

I love how luxury the area is, I been here for 4 days and I love it!!!! Everything is secured, you literally need a wristband to gain access to the building lol. I highly recommend Rye House, you won’t regret it.

Very friendly and prompt. They always help when asked or needed. Even so much as noticing what we’re bringing in and making conversations about it. We have only been here a few days but we feel so welcome.

Just moved in. So far it is great. The cleanliness of the apartment complex is what attracted me. The environment although new and nothing much around, still feels very serene and inviting

I have truthfully loved every minute of living in Rye House! Rye House has friendly staff and residents, a beautiful setting, and incredible amenities!

I have just renewed my lease and I can't wait to pend another year watching the peninsula develop into the new hub of sport, entertainment, and city culture in Baltimore!

Rye House provided a very comfortable move-in. The loading dock makes it very easy to bring large, heavy items up to your apartment. There's also a dolly on the first floor to wheel heavy items, which makes it easy to bring up large grocery hauls.

I signed my lease for another year of living here and couldn't be happier! Especially now that there is more life in the neighborhood - it's been great. The staff and employees here are all so lovely and I feel extremely comfortable.

Great view! Up and coming community! Very safe. We've lived here for four months now and the atmosphere is great, the appliances are new, and the staff is friendly.

I love this building and just the aesthetics. So cozy and warm! Leasing is amazing and they treat you like family! The concierge service is also great! I don’t ever want to leave this building.

This apartment is in a lovely neighborhood that is up and coming. The neighborhood is safe. The staff makes an effort to prepare and resident events. Recommend.

First of all, the apartment is located next to an harbor and railroad. You will wake up from the lovely train horn every morning. The building walls and floors are thin and you can hear every foot steps above you. To make things worse, they blow leaves every morning (like can’t they do that in the afternoon?). If you want quiet dwelling, I would go somewhere else.

Hello rye house review board,I continue to love living here at rye house, the foliage, amenities, GM Ryan,and his rye house crew have a place in heart,they're very thoughtful, quick to address any needs or concerns that I may have,keep the property clean.i gave four stars instead of five,because tenant not keeping theirs dog on leash, allowing them to poop in our foliage, and the smoking,other than that it would be FIVE STARS.MS DB.

My experience so far has been wonderful. The staff here is excellent—always helpful and quick to respond to maintenance requests and any issues. The residents are friendly, adding to the positive atmosphere. My unit meets all my expectations, offering a quiet environment with a great view of the water! The amenities are top-notch. I regularly use the gym, and the Peloton bike and a separate yoga/workout room are fantastic additions. Though the parking is in a building nearby (~3min walk), it would be more convenient if it were attached or had covered access, especially during winter/rainy weather. Guest parking over 2 hrs does come at a cost, which kinda sucks since, but it's a minor issue given the area's ongoing development. Overall, I have no complaints and highly recommend Rye House. I look forward to upcoming resident events to meet more of the community. I'm very satisfied with my decision to move here!

It’s a pretty quiet area. It’s super convenient to the shops I frequent and I love that I’m able to have my pet here. The staff make sure it’s clean as well, that’s a bonus for me! The maintenance team stay up on all things that need repair in the space at a timely manner.

I am happy, comfortable and safe. Rye house is clean and the staff is quick to respond to any issues. The building is very secure and there is staff working at the front desk overnight which I like.

It's been a pretty good experience outside of the package room being down when I needed my package. I love how the community accept most dogs and how they keep us updated on monthly event happening in the community. The cons are sometimes front desk service isn't available when needed and most definitely PARKING. Parking has been a huge issue since moving here. I just don't believe it's fair for our guest to have to pay for parking whether it's a quick visit or overnight stays.

The community is impeccably maintained! I adore the breathtaking vistas, abundance of resident events, excellent management, and exquisitely crafted apartment homes.

I love it here! Great complex, great the front desk and maintenance team. I love my apartment, and have an amazing view of the water. I also enjoy the little community, great place to run around, bike or walk your dog!

So far, the experience has been great! I love my view and I love that the windows are big. It allows a lot of natural sunlight to come in. The street parking is ample, but the parking enforcement will give you a ticket just for going over 1 minute. In one week we had to pay 3 guest tickets that went over 1 and 2 minutes. The complex also doesn’t have direct parking so you are parking at the sister building. Not a big deal if you come from or love city type life.

Great experience living here so far. Staff is friendly and maintenance responds very quickly. Common areas and hallways are always clean and well kept. Neighborhood is quiet and I am excited for the new businesses to open up! The only bad thing is that parking is a PAIN!! You have to park across the street in a poorly lit garage. The designated loading/unloading zones outside the entry doors are always full with people who are overnight parking so that area is basically useless for those who need to unload groceries or take things up to your apartment. Very frustrating for those residents who need to use that. Other than parking, it has been great experience and I would highly recommend.

The staff is wonderful. Community is good. Have a problem. The animals in the building sometimes a bit noisy.. Parking is somewhat a bit inconvenience. Not allowed to have visitors to visit without paying parking for them is a bit annoying. No accessible handicap parking. Close to the building..

I’ve been here for about 4 months now and I am in love. To the events and amenities I couldn’t ask for more. I recommend this location to anyone who is looking for comfort

I’m glad I made this decision the staff is awesome helpful and quick to help when needed. It’s comfortable the area is pristine and so far so good. I would definitely recommend living here.
