Ryland Park

I had been looking for a new place for almost a year, did not want to settle, and was willing to wait for the place to call home for me and my son. I found Ryland park, and it was perfect from the start. I began with calling to make an appointment for a tour, Regan reached out to confirm date and time and was extremely friendly and professional. We showed up, and the place was even better in person and then Regan made it above and beyond. With all of my questions she had the knowledge to make me want to put in the application that day. I was approved immediately, and I am still impressed with how and easy she is making my move, with just simple email questions she gets back to me immediately and professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this community if you are looking for a new place to call home:)

When I booked a tour to view the property, I didn't know what I was getting myself into. This has to be the most convenient residential location ever. Walmart is literally across the street along with an AMC, Olive Gardens, Target, Home Goods, Chic-fil-A, and any fast food place you can think of. There's definitely no shortage on food options. If you don't want to adventure across the street, you can always spend the day in one of the many lounge chairs by the pool. It always quiet and surprisingly cool outdoors. Did I mention there's a community grill and happy hour on Fridays!? Don't worry the neighbors are respectful and friendly...at least all the ones I've encountered. The property is very clean and well-kept and I want to thank Regan for being the best leasing manager I've ever dealt with. She's always eager to help in any way she can, and if there's a problem, she ensures it gets fixed immediately. So thank you.

Recently moved into ryland park. The complex is beautiful and quiet. They have up to date appliances and I love the countertops. The best part is that it’s around everything. There is public transportation available as well. Lindsey the property manager is professional kind and understanding. So is Shirlei. Ive enjoyed my stay so far ??.

I was moving from Mississippi to Ohio and looking for somewhere to live in a great school district and I found that here,Lindsey was so helpful and amazing at returning calls and getting my questions answered and my application was super easy she went above and beyond to make this move so easy for me.

Ryland Park has been fantastic since moving in! Lindsey, who works in the leasing office has been patient and understanding if there is ever a problem in our apartment. Our maintenance team, especially Kevin has been on top of everything - in August/September we were experiencing issues with our Refrigerator and Dishwasher, it seemed like every time we got something fixed, a new problem would begin. The maintenance team was supportive and kind, they never showed any type of annoyance towards our maintenance requests and were always wanting to figure out how to solve the problem! Ryland Park also does some amazing things for the community members throughout the year, giveaways, food drives, family pictures, dog picture contests, and the list goes on! We are a small apartment complex, but it is very welcoming and homey!

We absolutely love living at Ryland Park! The staff here are very nice & so helpful. The location is convenient because everything you need is close. The apartments are gorgeous, with great natural lighting for houseplants.

Great apartment, convenient location. Granite countertops are a huge plus over my last apartment. Maintenance is prompt and effective - always responds immediately to any issues (there have been few). Community manager Lindsey is the absolute BEST!!

I’ve been living at Ryland Park for roughly a month now and love it. The apartment manager Halley is amazing to deal with and always greets you with a smile. Convenient location and the apartment has a luxurious feel to it. Had one maintenance request and they responded the next day and fixed it immediately. They even have recycling here which is pretty rare for an apartment complex.

The girls in the office have done so much for me to help with the process of finding exactly what fit my needs. There were a few bumps along the road but they communicated everything very well and were always available to answer any questions that I had. They made the moving process as easy as possible and have made me a very happy tenant so far!

The grill has been broken all season; I've e-mailed and called since May 5th... still broken. Refused to give me Regional Manager's contact information. Didn't want to replace faulty breaker fire hazard; said it "should be fine." Homeless people walk through our parking lot. Packages stolen. Barking dogs, roaches.
