Promised move in dates are critical and Sable Palms changed this on us. We cannot wait two weeks and we asked for option to look somewhere else but they won't return our deposit. We are fine if we can move in on June 1 but it is impossible to wait without being homeless for 2 weeks. Is this tupical? If we broke our end of the bargain they penalize us. So un fair.

Leasing agent Cristina was a pleasure to work with very professional and friendly. She made me feel at ease and was very patient with me even though I had 100 questions.

Overall review, the assistant manager is not the nicest person. He has come across rude on a few occasions and interactions that both my husband and I have had with him. He is easily flustered, his tone is unprofessional and his attitude is cavalier. I refuse to interact with him at all costs if I have to. Everyone else there, especially Ms. Juliet, are very nice. But Jonathan.... I think hes just not a people person.
Great complex. The only thing I would have to say is maybe the dog areas, should be cleaned a bit better. Regarding the trash and debris around the area.
Cars broken into consistently; bugs everywhere; roads sinking; mail/packages keep disappearing; but the workers in the front-office are amazing. Maintenance is also very nice, but I am tired of my tickets being closed as soon as they open my front door. I have laundry piling up because I don't have a washing machine, and my perception is the issue has been marked as resolved. It's a liability issue when the apartment complex subsequently enters the unit without legally required notice after they've sent written communication that the problem is fixed and they have no reason to return. This has to stop.
I would not recommend this complex!! I've had so Many problems here and the administration and maitenance personel doesn't even do the job it's supposed to do. The plumbing doesn't work I've had problems with Leaks in the laundry, huge Leaks in the bathroom where the dirty water of my neighbors are Like a waterfall coming out from by roof, my kitchen sink has overflowed around 7 times, leaks on my living room wall.. and Many Other things that I don't think I have enough space to write here

I put in a online maintenance request about my A/C unit, late in the night, and early in the morning, one of the maintenance personnel knocked on my door and advised me that my A/C unit was fix. I was impressed at how fast it took to fix the problem and very happy with the work that was done. Thank you.
This review doesn't even deserve a 1 star... The apartment staff are a JOKE.. Firstly, they do not pick up the phone, so you have to go in if you need something or leave a voice message (which they won't respond to). They're extremely rude and unfriendly and clearly don't want to keep loyal residents by trying to increase prices for a 1 year lease by over 6%!
Avoid this property! It has the lowest price in the area but you get what you pay for... Dirty breezeways, spider webs all over the place, leaves, fleas, snakes and frogs... The parking pole lights don't work so getting back home at night is like getting into a marsh... all you see is trees and two pounds... Its been the same for 2 years... The staff is useless! Catrina tries to help you but there's not much to do with Johnathan and Casandra taking decisions... The other lady is a wasted salary. Maintenance staff is good. management is the real issue. If you can afford a little more give your self a favor and avoid this community. There's a bunch of other properties in the area. They may have issues as well but at least their recently built. Some of them in 2015.
The apartment complex is conveniently located to many tourist locations like restaurants and Downtown Disney, but the surrounding traffic can make it difficult to get in and out. The apartment sizes are good for the price, and the property is scenic, but it comes with its own problems of mold from the lake and snakes on the sidewalks. The amenities are nice (such as the fitness center and a pool which stays a comfortable temperature most of the year) and the staff is friendly, but generally not empowered to actually fix a situation. They are welcoming but if you need actual assistance at best you will get a weak, uncomfortable smile. Overall, you may enjoy living here for a few years, if you are aware of what you have to manage.
Sabal Palm at Lake Buena Vista is a wonderful spot if you're looking to visit the theme parks or have some great dining experiences. However, the staff is lacking. Cassandra, the current general manager, will stick her nose up at you every chance she gets outside of the initial meet-n-greet. If you have an issue, she will push you off on her colleagues. Plus, Jonathan, he has the worst attitude I've seen out of apartment staff ever. They shut down the gym for a whole month and Jonathan told me to "go to the BH Management website". The area is pretty safe, but the staff is terrible. However, their maintenance team is very quick and nice if you have something broken in your apartment.
When we moved in i would have given it a 4-5 star rating. But after management has changed hands it seems like no one cares anymore. I have called multiple times for maintenance request. I never get a live person just answering machine. I left messages for a maintenance request. But when I go in to the office later to ask about the status on them... they have no record of a request. I could over look an incident or 2 but it almost every time since new management has taken over. Seems like they are too busy making "upgrades" to property. Would ask for residence to make apartments available for inspections, that pets be locked up or make other arrangements for the 3 day period of inspections, then not show up in the schedule period. Then week give notice of the new inspection with less then 24 hours to make arrangements for animals. Management has promised things to me and not delivered. The apartments are nice, and they are asking more then they are worth due to the location.
