Sabine has been my favorite apartments to live in. It's clean and the employees from the front desk to the maintenance team are super amazing.
It’s been truly wonderful living here. The exceptional leasing staff that Mr David, Ms Stephanie and Ms Barbara have been very attentive and wonderful to have. Sabine Street Lofts has exceeded all expectations for me.

The Sabine Street Lofts are currently my happiest of Happy Places. The staff is attentive, friendly and positive. The location couldn't be better for a person that thrives on "city life".

We have lived here for almost 3 weeks and we are loving it!!! The staff and residents have been welcoming and sweet! We are excited to settle in and take advantage of all that Sabine Street Lofts has to offer!
I have lived at Sabine St now for 3 months and have submitted 3 maintenance requests via the app, and one call to after-hours maintenance. Response to after-hours call regarding the garage entrance gate was phenomenal! The other request were completed timely and cleanly. I had no idea maintenance had been in to fix my window highlighting cleanliness. Printer system was down, so they were unable to print their completion notice. Window may be due to a larger, underlying problem, but seems to be an adequate fix at this time- no leaks yet! Overall I am very pleased with the maintenance service to date. I also greatly appreciated the teams checking individual apartments after the derecho storm. I was in Europe, and this gave me peace of mind that an issues would be addressed in my absence. THANK YOU!

Wonderful apartment nice and clean and beautiful aesthetics
My husband and I moved here to reduce the hours and stress of daily commuting. We are empty-nesters and immediately loved the Marquis, and we pinch ourselves to be having so much fun after 25 years of living in various parts of Houston. What we have here is a laid-back, quiet, and beautiful home on Buffalo Bayou, near the place where Houston began. We can walk across the street to Buffalo Bayou park and enjoy the view from the Sabine bridge every day, and we enjoy food trucks, art exhibits, and other family fun on the weekend, and our parking is included - what a plus! We are close to every entertainment venue and restaurant possible, within walking distance of reenergized and beautiful Downtown, as well as being closer to our church in Memorial. Although the building is quieter than we expected, our neighbors are friendly and hospitable. We have dogs and so do many people here, so we LOVE the amenities that allow us to thrive with our family pets. Our college children think our loft is comfy and fun, and we love that it is safe and stress-free. The office staff here is super friendly and accommodating, and we can approach them with any issue. The maintenance crew is WONDERFUL, fast and trustworthy! We love our home and look forward to staying here for a long time!

We've been living here at the Marquis Lofts on Sabine for over 2 years and are incredibly sad to be leaving it (due to job transfer). In the time we've been here the units have been quiet, the shared spaces kept clean, the dogs have been friendly, and we have always received wonderful prompt support from the front office. Everyone who has worked here has been a delight to interact with, and the people we've met who live here are pretty cool, too. Living right by Buffalo Bayou Park is wonderful, and we were safe from the floodwaters during Hurricane Harvey flooding - we were an island, but still, we were safe. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a serene setting with the closeness of downtown.
