Property Ratings at Saddle Brook Apartments
I came to these Appartments and met with the property manager Terina, her professionalism and knowledge of the amenities and critical information was nothing short of amazing, I have been looking for a 3 bedroom in Northern NJ for a year with no success I have met numerous property managers and none made me and my family feel so welcome. I strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live, unfortunately they didn’t have any 3 bedrooms or I would with out a second thought move there.
Firstly, they take huge amount as security and when one leaves the apartments they cut more than half of the security. This happened with us despite of cleaning the entire apartment so thoroughly before leaving. So, think twice before renting these apartments. Anyways, if you want to illogically loose your money do rent these apartments. Secondly, these apartments are not even so spacious. The kitchen and the washroom are so crammed. Not such an ideal place to live for the amount of rent you pay.
Firstly, they take huge amount as security and when one leaves the apartments they cut more than half of the security for phony reasons. This happened with us despite of cleaning the entire apartment so thoroughly before leaving. So, think twice before renting these apartments. Anyways, if you want to illogically loose your money do rent these apartments. Secondly, these apartments are not even so spacious. The kitchen and the washroom are so crammed up. Not an ideal place to live for the amount of rent you pay. There are better and cheaper places available closer in Hackensack or Lodi.
I like my current apartment. Its in a nice neighborhood, very quiet, and convenient commute to the city. I think it is great that almost all the utilities are included in the rent! The only down side to the apartment is that the kitchen is quite small and there are no pets allowed. If they had pets, a bigger kitchen, and maybe a fitness center I would stay here forever!
Great Apartments. Very Clean and spacious. Assigned parking that is perfect for any small family or for yourself. Plenty of shopping nearby including grocery stores, movie theater, fitness, and etc right at your fingertips. The luxurious apartments have plenty of space to sprawl out after work with open style kitchens. Plenty of storage closest as well as plenty of cabinetry for all your kitchen appliances. If you are making a commute into NYC it's easy access to the highway and about a half hour drive. This is perfect for any one's dream apartment right here in Saddle Brook, NJ
The complex is very quiet and clean. The neighbors are also nice. The only issue is the fact that your rent is raised every year, but then again that's everywhere.
Generally rent in this area is extremely high, so compared to other places around, you getting a decent place for the money at Saddle Brook Apartments. Exteriors are very blah, nothing too fancy. Actually the same is true about the interior but at least the interiors are spacious. You can occasionally hear your neighbors through the wall, but only when they are very loud. Maintenance staff is super helpful, never had an emergency problem but any issue I had was always fixed properly in a fair amount of time. Office lady Jennifer is terrible to deal with, and my reason for 3 stars instead of 4. Every interaction with her feels like you are wasting her precious time. She is very rude and treats you like you know absolutely nothing. This disrespect likely comes because she also reportedly works for the luxury 140 Mayhill Apartments down the street and feels anyone "settling" for Saddle Brook Apartments is beneath her. If you have friends or family visit, guest parking can get kinda full meaning someone may have to park on Finnigan Ave, which isn't terrible just a little tight. You can be to the George Washington Bridge in less than 15 minutes (I don't take the bus anywhere but there were stops nearby on Market Street as well). All in all, a good place for the money.
great garden, safe, peaceful apt. maintenance care is great nice neighborhood
Not to shabby here but i pretty much did not have a choice to move fast. I onlyhad about 25-30 days to find an apt, leave deposit. And coordinate my move. Notto mention the cost for all this processes. But i do like the area of saddle brook, close to my employer, and many markets or foodplaces to go within a couple miles
