Property Ratings at Saddle Run Townhomes
In the past 3 years, they crime rate has shot through the roof. There have been many shootings in and around the complex, multiple people robbed and property vandalized. And it continually gets worse each summer.
Ive had nothing but good experiences here , maintenance is timely they do a good job. The manager (katrina) very professional an go out the way to answer questions, shes willing to help you with what you need. I love my apt here.
I’ve lived here 4 years and this past year has been the worst. The newest apartment manager Katrina doesn’t do her job well at all. They unprofessional on so many levels. For one they raise my rent in October of 2018 with out notification. They continued letting me pay the incorrect of rent for 4 months before telling me my rent went up. When I asked why they didn’t say anything when I would go pay rent at the beginning of the month Katrina proceeds to tell me she didn’t realize I was paying the incorrect amount but she was signing my money order receipts. She then told me I have to pay over a thousand dollars in back pay due to the fact that she didn’t do her job correctly. They have raised my rent two more times since then and that was January of 2019. They never answer the phones. They claim business hours for the office is 8-5 Monday Through Friday ,but I have gone to the office on several occasions either 30-40 minutes before supposed to be closed and they were closed. They don’t handle paperwork well. I asked for a copy of the notice she claimed to post on my door( which is not the proper way to deliver a rent increase) and the notice was something she just had typed up before I came to the office for the meeting we set up. When I asked her why it had that days date on it instead of a date before my rent increase in October 2018 she insulted my intelligence by saying that the date changed on the document because she printed it out that day. I know for a fact that when you type a document nothing automatically changes on it unless you manually go and and change the text.
I toured the apartments it was very nice. Filled out the application she told me I was approved, I ask when I could put down an deposit, then she told me never mind because they don’t accept FULL TIME STUDENTS!!! Very upset because I told her that I needed this apartment it’s close to Walmart & Kroger’s & I’m pregnant and don’t have time to be stressing looking for apartments & that I was satisfied with this one. So I’m really mad she told me NO AFTER SHE TOLD ME YES ! so now I’m back at square one looking for an apartment @ 8 months pregnant
It be nice if the construction workers would clean up after there selves when they are done with there job ! Because I’m tired cleaning up there mess it’s have respect for people stuff !! And wouldn’t suggest this place for someone looking for a one bedroom apartment to small !! And the washer and dryer u can’t have one Because so u can’t put one it just so you know smh !
Love living here - the new owners are very responsive and friendly. Maintenance responds very quickly when needed. Looking forward to the renovations that are taking place.
Have had nothing but a good experience living here. The staff is very friendly and when I’ve had issues they’ been very prompt on responding and resolving my issues. In the two years I’ve lived here I’ve only had to contact them twice on minor appliance issues. Would recommend living here to anyone.
LIKES: Spacious, lots of closet space. The bedrooms are huge,.you're able to do whatever with your apartment like painting and things. Pets welcome. Pool. W/D hookups in some apartment . Ok now the BAD: the apartments are really old and not everything works , it's hard to get them to fix anything, maintenance sucks. For instance,last winter the pipes busted in the apartment next to mine and mine also flooded , they lifted my carpets stuck fans under them and that was pretty much it ...my house stunk for about 3week they did nothing more. My lights flicker of and on, I called the electric company and they ran test and said it was bad wiring called the office no one has been by to look at it. My floor is coming up the wood luckily I have a very handy father who can fix it all.. They have visitors parking but a few people I know here ,their's and mines visitors have been towed...in the last month my boyfriend and I have counted 12 households moving out, and we are moving next weekend. There have been two shootings over here since I've been here. Cops have piled in here so many times it's hard to get to your apartment at times.
