Property Ratings at SaddleBrook Apartments
Our ceiling started leaking in April 2024 during some bad storms. We informed them immediately and were told it would be fixed within 2 weeks. To make a long story short, it was still not fixed as of our moving out about 4 months later in August. The leak grew, of course, and drywall would fall from the ceiling every time it rained. In July, strong winds shattered the windows in one of our rooms. Because we were in the process of moving out, they informed me they weren't going to fix it until after we were gone. I understand the logic, but it didn't feel right that we were still expected to pay the full monthly amount on our lease when we couldn't reasonably use the space we were paying for. There are other things about our experience, good and bad, over the 2 years we lived there, but it all pales in comparison to these very serious issues.
Very friendly people. Great apartments, amenities and location. Maintenance requests were done within 24 hours. I called Monday afternoon to have my tv mount mounted to my wall. I was told that they would get to it ASAP but it may not be within the next day since they had many things needing done from inspections the last week. The next afternoon I received an email stating the work order was completed. Prompt service, quality work and left my place clean. Love my apartment complex!

My apartment in a one bedroom. I like the large tub and glass doors in the bath. There is good cabinet space. The bedroom has two large closets. It is large. I like the living/kitchen. One wall is mirrored. I love the balcony too. There is a closet off the balcony.
Come by here first, but only if you are ready to fall in love. You will definitely be impressed with the grounds....but it is the inside of the apartments that will make your knees go weak. Upscale sophistication. Fireplaces with mantle, built-in bookcase, crown molding throughout with attached garages. Too many extras to list.....so please ....don't be shy...just stop by.
