This calm neighborhood is a popular spot for commuters since Holly has access to major roadways including Highway 99 and 525. Renters also appreciate Holly’s ample amenities, parks, and a strong sense of community. There are several large shopping plazas with stores, eateries, and grocers along Highway 99, and Everett Mall is two miles away. Property Ratings at Sage Apartments
Quiero decir que la manager es una excelente persona la cual uno le dice de algo y enseguida lo arregla y se procupa muchas gracias por que ella hace la diferencia de los apartamentos ??
The only actual concern I had was parking could get very complicated at times, and it had gotten frustrating to certain points. I believe that would be my only concern to pass on if there is anything that could get done in the future to help ease that problem. I would still recommend this place highly despite parking getting complicated, I was still able to park in the complex even if pretty far away.
I am new to this community, but am pleased with everything so far.
It is a nice place thus why I stayed for 4 years the only thing is too high rent
It's fairly clean, my apartment was just completely remodeled, the lease rate per month is very reasonable, and it is super conveniently located between two major bus lines. I can also walk to Walmart, my church, and work!
The place was great 2 years ago when we first moved in. However... it’s been downhill since. The office/leasing manager is rude. The garbage cans are almost always full & there’s always old furniture surrounding it (even though that’s “not allowed”). Rent goes up $40+ yearly. The pool is okay but it gets pretty full during the hot summer days. The elementary school’s bus stop is right outside the entrance so that’s a plus. The homeless walk around the property and leave their trash & dirty needles everywhere. Overall, I’d avoid this place & find somewhere that’s worth the money.
Overall it’s a good place and I enjoyed my apartment. I don’t like that the car wash station is over the top of a grate that clearly says that whatever goes down it will end up in the local streams, marsh, etc. I really don’t understand why no one seems to care about that.
Clean and comfortable. There was a bit of a trash problem out beyond the perimeter. Even with the number of dogs in the complex, I never heard barking. The people were friendly. Parking was well maintained.
Fluctuating "utility" charges that were difficult to justify and not clarified upon renting
I would not recommend this place due to the high crime rate, the homeless people across the street and the visible drug use and stepping around needles. The apartment itself is ok but unfortunately the location is undesirable.
Very nice and clean place to live, and I love all the trees,
My new apartment was just completely remodeled before move in... it is absolutely beautiful!
Yo lo recomendar?a por que son muy eficientes amables y atentos lo recomendar?a a mis amistades
so many extra charges. most places include w/s/t and 1 designated parking space for multifamily dwellings and give you a 12 month lease.
I would recommend based on maintenance because they took care of my issue fast and were professional.
I love this place. I am very impressed with how well kept the grounds are. If this were a condo I would buy.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review of our community and your experience while living with us. We always aim to provide the best customer service.
the offices staff, maintenance personnel, amenities, and overall effort put in to keep the complex attractive, makes recommending the community easy to do..
This place is the pits,,every year the rent goes up, and the quality of living goes down. I have been here for three years, and have had enough...Do not let the information above trick you, they have no A/C, no storage units, security is never around, I have had my car broken into several time in the past three years and still no extra security. Now the bad stuff, the police are here almost every weekend, just from the homeless and gang types causing issues, and dealing drugs in the parking lots, it is not even safe to go walk our dog once it gets dark....do your self a favor, stay away....
