Property Ratings at Sage Apartments
This apartment complex has been renovated from its core up. So, there are no problems with the utilities and structure. Landscaping was renewed, which includes garden boxes and sprinkler system throughout. The facility is secluded from the major streets and it snuggles in a nook, near a hill. It may not have a pool, but there's a dog park, a bar-b-que area, a laundry, an activity room and an enclosed refuse disposal, at each building...It is a perfect setting for disabled and elderly residents.
I have been at these apartments for three and a half years. I like them alot. The city bus comes Monday through Saturday. It has laundry and community rooms. Adequate outdoor lighting. Nice people live here. Monthly meetings, pot lucks, bingo, movies, computer accessibility and outdoor garden. I lived in apartments most my adult life. The city bus stops in front of grocery store. One dollar per ride. I have my own mail box too. Here at this complex. I like to live in apartments. Thank you for reading.
