The '"Luxury" has dwindled over the years, and at times any maintenance issues don't get resolved. You'd think being a resident for years would help your case but not really no. Rent still gets hiked up, maintenance issues don't get fully resolved, and they like to cut corners. I'm sorry for the bad and negative words, but come on!

My apartment is on the third floor overlooking the pool. I swim for exercise and love that I can look out my window and see if it is very busy. Also I've had top notch interactions with staff as I ask questions or get help with whatever I need. Great staff here, always ready to help.

Nice and quiet well insulated buildings. Stairs are the only thing that rumbles a bit to much. Beautiful interiors, exteriors are nice except the fake grass. Not a fan of fake grass at all due to it being wasteful. Rock or real grass would be better. The staff are respectful polite and kind. It's in a great and beautiful location as well.

I would not recommend this complex for anyone looking for a new home. The manager isn’t approachable and they hire maintenance workers that have no clue how to fix anything. I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and my Air conditioner goes out every summer. They make you wait days before anyone can come out and you just have to wait and suffer.

Sage has been awesome for me. In a time when things were uncertain back in 2020 I needed to secure a place in phoenix while staying in CA with family. Diana was my contact and she was a super Rock Star getting me in a unit sight unseen except for pictures. I’m now nearing the end of my 4th year and all the staff and maintenance guys Sam & Victor have been the BEST!

Apartments themselves are beautiful and because of the location of Sage Apartments being up in north Phoenix, I feel very safe to the point that I even leave my door unlocked sometimes. My neighbors have all been very friendly. And because of the location, I like the fact that Nera is close by for all of my needs.

Sage overall is great. Parking can be rough at times. A lot of visitors taking up spaces over night if you are a 2 car family it's hard to find spots on the weekends. Assistant Manager Diana is amazing, very helpful, and kind. Amenities are great, and 5 minute drive to everything you need.
The maintenance are the best they exceed my expectations every time.

After touring several communities over as many weeks, I chose Sage due to the location, amenities, and unique floorplans/square footage. The leasing office kept in touch with me several times after my initial inquiry, alerting me of a move-in special that sealed the deal. The few very minor issues I had upon move-in (low battery alerts in smoke alarms, a missing dryer filter) were dealt with within a few short hours of my notifying the office. I feel good about my decision to move to this community and look forward to exploring all the amenities it has to offer.

For the most part my experience has been good. The maintence..specifically Sam and James have been great and very helpful. The asst manager was great at helping me find a solution to my other concerns. Since putting in fake grass it has made the complex look so much nicer and the grounds have been kept up regularly.

A nice and quiet place, although a bit inconvenient on the placement of apartments compared to parking areas. When moving or bringing up groceries, its definitely a bit of walk. Especially for those on higher floors. Also, maybe the buildings could be labeled a bit more visibly also for delivery people.

Scorpions in units pest company doesn't spray they give you roach traps to put in yourself, for as much money ad it costs to live in a "luxury" apartment the service is extremely poor the apartment is constantly breaking. The ac system has gone out 3 times over a year they dont replace it they band aid it. I wouldn't recommend sage to anyone

I love my apartment and have for 6 solid years!! Sam and James (maintenance staff) are the most amazing dynamic duo! Always getting things done quickly and efficiently although there's rarely a need for it. They are the reason I have stayed at Sage for as long as I have.

Maintenance is always kind on time and provides excellent service when they come. The issue is always resolved in the first visit! The complex as a while is beautiful and the agents at the front are always kind and happy to help!

I have lived here for 5 years. Apartment living wasn't something I was used to however I found that the people who are in your building and the people you meet when walking your dogs are very friendly. It is pretty quiet in the section in which I live and we all look out for one another. I enjoy living here and moving is not really a consideration because I am content.

i really love it here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The people who live here are great. I just wish there were more activities like we use to have here. I know Covid has played a part in this but.. I do love having the food trucks.

Sage is a beautiful apartment complex with amazing mountain views, awesome pool areas and wonderful floor plans! Highly recommend!

My wife and myself are enjoying Sage Luxury Apartment Home. We are moving to our third year. We love how the managers manage the apartments. The maintenance crew are awesome. They take care of any problem we have as soon as they can. Our neighbors are nice as well.
