The lack of professionalism and lack of communication from the staff, the safety concerns, and the appalling living conditions make this complex untenable for anyone seeking a secure, clean, and well-maintained living environment. I strongly urge you to explore alternative housing options in the area that prioritize resident safety and satisfaction.
They refused to let me see the apartment before I signed all the paperwork once the lease was signed that’s when I was allowed to look at the apartment that I was about to rent they slap some lipstick on the pig and called her today since then the property manager has threatened us multiple times and try to strong-arm us into doing ridiculous tasks like renewing our renters insurance a month early renters insurance renews automatically . Definitely not worth the money that they’re charging especially with some of the poorest customer service that I’ve ever received they do not care about the residence here.

Ive been living here for eight months now, and all I have to say this is the most terrible complex I’ve ever lived in. Took them seven months to replace my oven. Now they won’t replace my air conditioner.

Muy mala experiencia! Aplique les mande toda mi información y seguía llamándoles para saber si tenían alguna nueva noticia de cómo iba mi aplicación y jamás contestaron mis llamadas ni correos electrónicos! Cuando por fin me contactaron decidieron cancelar mi aplicación por “ que no podían comunicarse” cuando en realidad ellos no me contestaban a mi . Les pedí mi depósito de vuelta y me dijeron que no me regresarían nada! Muy groseras excepto Maria ella fue la única que fue amable conmigo . Hasta ahorita no me quieren regresar mi dinero y cancelaron mi aplicación porque así lo quiso la grosera que me contacto .?? mucha falta de comunicación entre ellas y muy mala actitud!
Very disappointed by the bad service on the part of the managers of the office, super unaware of the times in which we are living, I called to clarify an extra charge in my rent and they mocked my face assuming that the phone did not work, they hung up on me I dialed again and they put me on hold for more than 7 min.

Service from staff was exceptional. Helped make the process go by very smoothly and were very supportive. Apartments are nice and cozy and area is very calm and family friendly.
We have lived here 2 years, and we renewed our lease with the old management company MG properties who have always been professional, considerate, and had great customer service. The new management company is cutthroat, rude, and inconsiderate. They lack communication and dont care about how their actions affect their tenants. If I had known then that this new management company wouldve been like this I would NOT have renewed.

The staff was rude, the apt was not ready the carpet was wet, they change their payment system every 3 m then refuse to help you. There are bums who come threw there and sleep by the canal then they leave there crack pipes there for kids to find. Dont get me started on the girls up front they are so rude and unhelpful.

My brother and sister in law moved in 2 months ago and because we absolutely love the location and the help we get from Jennifer and Onie and the rest of the staff my husband and I have also decided to rent a 3 bedroom Appartment at this location. They are very detail and are always listening to our needs to make our move in dates run smooth. I would recommend the complex. Stop by and let them know Sandra set you in to visit.
