Very spacious apartments, community is very beautiful and maintained and is very quiet. Office staff has great personalities and are always eager to assist you and always makes you feel welcome. Pet friendly community where office staff presented my cat with a goody bag on move in.

Great place to live. Only need to put cameras up to catch the people not cleaning up after there dogs. That is the only problem I see. Just lazy people not picking up after there dogs.

Apartments and applicances need updating to keep up with the luxury living they advertise. The complex also has a severe roach and pest problem. Two stars only for the very kind staff and because the community is safe.

This place is wonderful we love living here when our lease was up we just had to renew. The office staff is so welcoming and friendly we had only 2 issues since we have been here and the issue was resolved the day of reporting

My experience with the office staff has been fantastic so far they are very helpful and especially Kylie. SHe showed me all the options and drove me around the complex. I can’t wait to move in and begin our stay at the sage apartments, as my experience begins with the gracious front staff I can only imagine that my stay will be memorable and eventless, keep up the good work.

The most beautiful apartments in Corpus Christi! The prices are worth what you get, the pool is always clean, the gym is nice, free car wash and free coffee in the leasing office!? What more could you want??

This is a great place to live! On a safe part of town, an HEB Plus conveniently located nearby, park and a library nearby. The neighbors are super nice and the people at the leasing office and workers as well! It's been almost a year and everything has been great, looking forward to having a swim in the renovated pool!

So far i love our apartment. it’s nice and big but still has a homey feel to it. the only issue i’ve had was that our washer and dryer’s were dirty when we moved in.

SAGE apartments balances privacy with community. The apartments are well-designed with high ceilings and are placed carefully to allow residents to come and to go with both privacy and also opportunity to say "hi" to a neighbor if one wishes. The landscape is rare, utilizing healthy oak trees with other species, to keep a feeling of nature and to provide the number ONE-ranked native tree (oak) to the local environment. Trash and recycle management is eco-friendly and clean. The management team is extraordinary: smiling, offering a friendly hello on a busy day, answering phone calls yet taking a moment to greet any resident who stops by the office. Management has made SAGE a great place to live.

I have been in three different apartments during my years at Sage and was pleased with each; the changes have been due to my desire to downsize each time. I like the fact that one can contact management at any time with problems and the problems will be resolved satisfactorily. The location of Sage is a big plus to me, as almost everything I regularly need to do is close.

SAGE is a great apartment complex for many reasons including ease of maintenance repairs, convenient location, lovely grounds, spacious dog park, beautiful apartment details, conscientious pool care, fabulous management team and more. The tall trees and ample parking make even the open spaces of the complex pleasant. I hope the invasive grasses from the surrounding area do not take over the fantastic green lawn of Bermuda that SAGE maintains. Thanks.

SAGE apartments are well-managed with exquisite grounds and remarkable shade trees. Amenities such as a fun workout room and beautiful pool are clean and available. The management keeps the residents at the forefront with clear, frequent communications and thoughtful planning. The apartments are very convenient to everything. The car cleaning station is very useful after a trip to the beach. Just a fabulous complex with all that is needed.

Sage is welcoming and the staff is warm and kind. Sage is in a great Southside location near all your needs and wants; movie theater, grocery, coffee, restaurants, and the Oso creek walking path. The grounds are very green with large trees and shaded areas. Ample parking for guests, and a well maintained pool and dog park. The grounds are well kept and you often see maintenance out and about daily. Great place!
