Property Ratings at Sage Creek Apartments
These apartments are so cheaply built that I hear my next door neighbor snoring whenever I’m in my living room, I can hear every argument the married couple that’s adjacent to me has. I no longer sleep in my master bedroom because I can hear the couple above me having sex every night. When my apartment flooded, management and maintenance took their sweet time trying to fix the issue. All residents are displeased living here. I’ve experienced constant drainage issues and management and maintenance again takes their time trying to fix things. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
I think it’s safe to say there is no soundproofing at all in these apartments. All I ever do I hear my neighbors tv or talking at all hours of the day and night. Over all I would say I’m dissatisfied with the quality of the apartment and neighborhood for the rent’s price.
These are apartments are very nice, clean, and new however, the construction was done very poorly. You can hear everything your neighbors are saying and god help you if you live on the first floor. As somebody that recently moved to Georgia I am not sure if it's a regional thing to have zero consideration for your neighbors but as I am finding out, nobody is considerate. I hear the thumps and thuds of what sounds like a wresting match and river dancing at the same time multiple times a day. I genuinely and politely went to speak with the upstairs tenants about the frequent noise but that didn't go so well. Tenants also frequently take two parking spaces when parking or park abnormally close to my car making almost impossible to get in. All of this is just motivation to save money for a house and get out of these apartments. On a different not the management were very pleasant and helpful when applying and moving in.
EVERY THING THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD!! Do not move here, you will regret it immediately.

I love my new apartment! It's very spacious for a two bedroom. I'm new to the areas and management took our time to tell me about all the great places nearby which was very helpful! I would recommend sage creek to anyone!

Recently relocated to the area (Ft. Gordon)and choosing Sage Creek to call home was the best choice by far! We looked at several apartments and nothing compared to the price, size and finishes in our new apartment. On top of that it is brand new! Thank you Sage Creek for being so helpful with our move!!! Highly recommend.

Trying to move there from illinois for new job and i applied there told them we were paying the whole lease upfront OVER $6,000!! and they deny us because we can't find our social security cards because they are packed away somewhere. They told us not to worry that we could just give it to them when we got down there. So I called for 3 business days atleast 5 times a day to confirm with them and they never answered. Finally my girlfriend called and they told her they were never going to accept us because of that social security card problem after being told they would still accept us. What kind of business would turn down $6,000 upfront? ARE PEOPLE THAT STUPID?!?!

Unfortunately, you did not meet the income requirements as well as not providing proper identification per our application process. We never received payment to process your application to even get to the point of approval or denial, therefore your application was never submitted for review due to failure of complying to our processing requirements. Our policy that clearly states we require a copy or statement of your social security card to confirm your identity and to protect others from identity theft.
Poorly built apartments. You can hear your neighbors conversations. Yes they look nice but are constructed poorly. Maintenance enters your apartment when you are gone with no notice or at least need saying they were inside. Laura in the office is the only nice person, the manager is rude and unprofessional. When I was locked out of my apartment she told me to wait outside in 100 degree weather so she could speak with another tenant in their leasing apartment even though there is another office in the back. Will not recommend. Lastly was called by electricity company saying that everyone had been paying the wrong bills because they wired all the apartments wrong. All my neighbors have moved out alreany and my new neighborole told me she regretted moving in.
