Sage Hollow Apartments

Been here 5 years and I have never had a bad experience from the ladies in the office to the maintenance crew. Always easy to handle things.

My experience at Sage Hollow Apartments has been a positive one. I am satisfied with the response when it comes to maintenance issues if I have one. The office staff are pleasant and knowledgeable.

Amazing first year!! Looking forward to my new lease and continuing to enjoy my community!!! Love my apartment and my neighbors. Sage Hollow Rocks!!!!

Sage Hollow Apartments can be a decent place to live, offering a seemingly calm environment at times. However, it faces significant issues that undermine its appeal. Car wheel theft has occurred multiple times, yet no noticeable security measures have been implemented, even when the front gate remains broken. Currently, the gate has been left unrepaired for nearly three weeks, with no apparent urgency to address it. Additionally, the property struggles with pest control, as cockroach infestations are becoming more severe. Overflowing trash dumpsters further contribute to the unkempt and unpleasant living conditions.

It’s not home anymore it’s become more of a burden than anything the staff is unacceptably rude and I’ve had enough of the pest requested pest control but no efforts put forward

Management doesn’t resolve issues with upstairs units stumping and running around.. There’s also a roach issue.. My house is very clean but yet I get roaches ughhhh nasty neighbors upstairs with all that junk on the porch..

The apartments are so beautiful and peaceful I can enjoy the peacefulness and make some friends in the apartment and the office treat you good

I have not had any complaints. The complex is clean, the staff is very helpful, and it’s quiet here. I really appreciate the silence. Been here a few months and I haven’t head any bad experiences

I been here for 5 months and i love this apartment complex i always recommend it to friends so they can move here, i love how secure the gates are

Honestly a great place, great environment and a peaceful experience. Haven't had any issues and the community is a wonderful experience and the utilities work excellent.

Again, the staff is wonderful. The front office is great. They do their best to keep the place clean. It’s very quiet children play, but that’s normal but other than that I give 100% five stars for the Sage Hollow employees.

It’s decent a great place to raise a family it’s quiet and safe some of the people are friendly and the staff is excellent no complaints from this end

Been living here for a whole year now and just had been having an amazing experience with this community as a whole. I haven't had an issues and had full support with the staff also communication through my stay here.

My experience while living at Sage Hollow apartments have been great. Maintenance handles requests made in a timely manner. The office staff is friendly and accommodating.

Very nice place, The apartments are great and haven't had any issues. Simple and easy to access the portal and even has a loyalty program and community gatherings.

Just moved in. Not sure how my apartment was vacant but immediately walking in, there were cockroaches all around the hardwood and dead bugs in the fridge. I’m hoping after cleaning that it will get better.

Ladies in the front office are always very sweet and kind. Maintenance request are always fulfilled in a timely manner. I have never had a problem.

Been here almost 5 years and never had any real issues. Any issues that have came up, have been taken care of right away. I have no issues with my neighbors.

The move-in process was quick and easy. Management was very nice to me and they had me set up and ready to go for my move. I’m happy with my new place.

There was a few issues we had after moving in two days ago hopefully they can resolve the issues fast. There was wheels stolen from a vheicle I would be concern for my own after that.

I LOVE IT HERE , Quiet , convenient, Staff is awesome , maintenance on time , property looks clean and well taken care of . No noise at nighttime

The people are friendly. office employees.are great! haven't been here very long. So far great! I would say , I would recommend this property to anybody I know!

It is very quiet here. The parking isn’t bad. We are right by two main highways so major stores are just a stones throw away. All staff are very professional and are concerned about your concerns.

Everything is smooth moving in there was a few issues but they didn’t take long at all to fix it. They came within the next day. The apartment is nice and I love the balcony and the closet.

I’m loving it so far it’s my new home it’s so comfortable the team here is so nice and caring neighbors are sweet would recommend to family and friends

Everything is perfect, the apartment is so nice and confortable, everything was clean when we receive it and all the appliances working fine

Been an amazing experience living here, this place really feels like home and very quite also nice neighbors who waves hi or greets you when you see them.

So far our experience is going good. We ran into a slight hiccup before we finally moved in, but they handled it really well, they resolved the problem, and no new problems occurred after.

Sage Hollow Apartments are a good place to live. They are conveniently located. These apartments are pretty quiet and I have not had any major issues.

Its my first day and i love it so far, looks really calm and peaceful and i loved the pool area, the apartments have decent size I rented a two bedroom one bath apartment and i love the washer and dryer right outside the apartment

My apartment is an awesome place to live. The rent is fair, and the neighbors are pleasant. However, there are a few downsides: there are no trees on the campus, the road floods badly when it rains, and there's often a smell of marijuana in the air.

I Love Sage Hollow Apts every thing is going very well since I have been here Every One in the Office is very nice and friendly I would recommend Sage Hollow Apartments to any one that is looking for a new home

Living at Sage Hollow Apartments has been great. I’ve been here since 2017. And have not had any major problems. The apartments are in a good location and are generally quiet.

Apartment is nice and quiet but my patio table was stolen the second day of move in . The management team was great!! They are very helpful and friendly

So far everything has been wonderful the office is very helpful and quick with fixing anything around the apartment haven't had any issues glad to be here

My experience here at Sage Hollow Apartments has been very positive. I feel that whenever I might have a problem, the office staff take it seriously and work to correct it immediately.

This has been an amazing apartment community, many nice and greetful people I have meet across the apartment complex also having close neighbors care for one another and helping each other.

Great community. I love my spot! It’s wonderful! I recommend you come find out what the buzz is is at our community! Close to freeway food medical and entertainment. This quiet quaint little village is one of Houston’s greatest hidden gems!

I have no complaints here everything been good since I moved in the managers are so nice and helpful it’s very clean around the community I don’t see a lot of dog poop over all I love it here

New here. Haven't had the chance to get in good just yet. So far office staff seems professional. Maintenance came out quickly regarding the minor move in repairs. Floors could be thicker.

Noise noise noise and everything is falling apart and other things. Not what I wanted to experience here. Cats everywhere! The windows and walls are thin

Very nice community to reside. Everyone seems to respect each others space. I would recommend this place to my family and to my friends. A perk is you have a full size washer and dryer.

The office is always helpful with our request. I'm enjoying living here so far. The only thing that I would change the parking as sometimes the spaces aren't spacious enough

I really enjoy living here in Sage Hollow Apartments. I have never had any major problems. The staff and maintenance crew are accommodating and friendly.

I'm a new rental and I was very impressed with the professionalism that the office staff had. I was very observant and did notice that everyone that walked in, no matter who you were they acknowledged immediately and if they were currently with someone, they would tell them to have a seat, and someone would be with them shortly. Valerie went over my lease with me to ensure I understood w/o leaving anything out. A lot of times you go to see an apartment, they show a model apartment and when you move in it’s something completely different. Not Sage apartments, they show the actual apartment. They were friendly and polite and made me feel welcome.

Office lady’s are always doing such a great job maintenance is always working hard to keep the complex clean always answer calls at a timely manner I have nothing but great things to say about these wonderful lady’s
