In the first five minutes I felt at home. Flawless grounds and apartments, friendly staff and finally some peace and quiet. All the amenities you’d expect in resort living but at an affordable living price.
I absolutly love living here at Sage. I have met some amazing people and the love of my life. Sage staff are always so helpful and friendlly. I would not want to live in any other apartment community. It's a great place and everything is nearby.

The apartment was not completely ready for my accepting the apartment . As of today I am still wanting for repairs to be completed in the apartment. I would hope they are completed soon. I had to go get the valet trash container myself from the leasing office.

I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with maintenance response times. Submitted work orders are not being addressed for 7 days. This is true for 5 submitted work orders. The apartment was rented to me with noticeable damage to doors and poor paint job. My shower glass door fell off while I wasn’t even in the bathroom and nobody has contracted me yet to address the issues, day 3. The entry/exit gates have been broken more than they have been in service since I’ve lived here. Future renters beware.

Nice place to live. Originally we thought it might be loud being that close to the freeway but it really was not. It's nice to over look the state pistol and can't beat the sun set every day

Friendly down to earth accommodating staff. Professional but relatable. Thank you so much for a private and pleasant experience. The only negative thing I can say is nothing against the management at all just about people in general please pick up your dog poop it's bad enough we all live in an apartment and have to pick up after our dogs . I have a 7 lb dog and I make sure I pick up after her. (Tootsie rolls )?? and I see landmines everywhere!!!! COME ON PEOPLE! Thank you.

Unfortunately the elevator in building 2 has not been functioning since the last storm. This situation has not been resolved for weeks. For those who have difficulty (myself included) this is a dangerous situation for walking 40 steps up or down. This is a serious situation for the safety of the residence. If any situation should be addressed this is the one. Today the situation is still not addressed.(for weeks). Knowing where the steps are located is not the answer to the problem. A call should be made (to the contracted elevator repair company)mandating that this issue is addressed immediately. I hope and pray that no one gets hurt managing the steps.

We love living at Sage, lived in a 3 bedroom unit here and now a 2 bedroom! All the staff is wonderful and we just weathered a hurricane with not one bit of damage.

Just renewed, The front office and maintenance are wonderful. There has been no turnover in the staff, which says alot how well the community is being run. They have a huge responsibility, managing 6 3 story buildings, amenities, landscaping ect. Yet they continue to be professional and show respect to the tenants, doing their best to make this a pleasant place to live.

It’s been pretty good, slow to reply, and slow for maintenance to come fix things, but that’s to be expected. Packages going to the luxe is cool, but would be a bit better if your packages could be delivered to your door.
Everyone at Sage has been Fantastic. The property is in fantastic condition and very well cared for. We had two very small issues when we moved in and they were addressed immediately.
Love it here, my baby , dog and I just moved in. It’s perfect for us. Peaceful, clean, safe, accommodating, everything we need here to thrive.
I moved in a week ago and I am loving Sage so far. Maintenance is always out and about and Jakob is awesome in the office. Pool is beautiful and the hot tub is of course relaxing. My place is so comfortable and I love coming home. So thank you Sage!

The community events organized by the management team have been a highlight for me, It's been wonderful getting to know the people better and feeling a sense of belonging to the complex.
Our experience at Sage has been positive. The office staff is responsive and professional. The maintenance staff is also responsive and knowledgeable. The amenities are nice but probably need a refresh. They do a nice job keeping the pool clean.
Been satisfied for the most part with our experience here at Sage………would recommend for families who can take advantage of the many amenities offered. Close to 75 as well for commuters.

great staff...great facilites..generally quiest except sometimes in the hallways..any issues get resolved quickly and in a freindly manner..geneally clean...residents somewhat cooperative
It is a nice community, management is friendly. Here are some issues; main gate is always out of order, there is a party in the pool almost all weekends. I don't think this community is suited for families with children.

Like this complex. Apartment is comfortable and quiet. Neighbors are private and respectful. Property managers are attentive. The gentleman who picks up the trash is thorough and efficient.
The leasing staff is Very helpful and made for a smooth, easy leasing experience! When I had a question, they responded quickly and to the point of where to go and how to do what I needed. I feel confident that if and when I have an issue, it will be handled very quickly and professionally!

Great management! Nice gym, resort-style pool. Probably one of the best communities in Sarasota. Front desk guys are always nice and happy to see you. Great choice for a family.
Staff in the office and on the maintenance team are great. We just wish the gate and other amenities we pay for (car wash station, hot tub, etc.) were functional on a more regular basis. More often than than not, they don’t work. Other residents are also not held accountable when they break policies, such as cleaning up after their dogs or smoking, which is frustrating.
This is a wonderful place to live. The staff is great, all the amenities you could want, and it's very quiet. My favorite part is being right next to the preserve and legacy trail.
Have lived at sage for 3 years. Very happy with the community as it’s very well kept and clean. Quite as well. Only downfall is gate is always broken.
Love the apartment, neighbors though always need reminders to pick after their pets, or to keep trash inside till pick up time. Management is great, very helpful
Eka ,Anna Mae, and Jacob and The entire maintenance team have been absolutely beyond amazing… I've recently had some health issues, and they have bent over backwards for me. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them… I hope I never have to leave here. I love living here.
We lived here for almost two years now. We love being here and enjoy using the amenities. The noise levels could be better but it still is pretty quiet compared to other places we’ve lived. It really does feel like luxury resort living.

I like the amenities. The exercise room is nice and the community rooms are clean and spacious. The apartments are decent and have good storage space, but the sink faucets (in my apartment at least) are really low and close to the back edge of the sink, which makes them difficult to use. Also the shower handle area was installed upside down in my apartment (the words hot and cold are upside down). Not a big deal but something to note. The walls are thin and you will hear your neighbors. Other than that, it's a good area and close to grocery stores/essentials.
I'm very happy I chose to live here after much research involving all of Sarasota apartments. It's very peaceful and quiet. The neighbors are respectful and the maintenance team is top notch!

Beautiful surroundings and the team goes above and beyond to plan events and holiday gatherings throughout the year. Very lovely apartment complex. I'm so glad I made the move here.
