You are required to have trash valet service that is not reliable and is handled by another company. So when there is an issue- the leasing office will not be able to handle it. Also have to check to ensure that I’m being charged correctly for all services that I “opted” for.
I lived here for two years and the experience from beginning to end was horrible, maintenance would never fix anything(or half fix it) the management do not care about anything except money, during the ice storm I had a water main break flooding my apartment, they hired “professionals” to fix the black mold and redo my walls from damages, no calls to inform me that people were coming into my apartment and I came home to a wall missing exposing my apartment to the courtyard(I live on the first floor) so for a week my security was shoving my washer in front of the utility door and hope no one walks into my apartment. They ripped out my carpet and for 1.5 months my bedroom floor was just concrete, they wouldn’t let me move out during this unless I paid the remainder of my lease which was 4 months. Now that I moved out they want to charge me $248.00 for which no one can explain to me why seeing they kept my security deposit which they also won’t explain to me why. Everyone working for this apartment should be fired and if you’re thinking of moving into this place I suggest you rethink immediately.

This place works well for my family! My apartment was renovated and is great for the price and location. My move in experience is by the best one in my books and overall have been very happy my selection .

We have had the worst move in experience!! I could write pages about all the things that have happened in the first 2 weeks. Sever maintenance issues, cleanliness issues, rudeness of the front office staff. But mostly I hate bad customer service, if we had been clearly communicated with about what was going I wouldn't have to sit down and write this review. And they key is CLEAR communication. Every question asked is answered with rude, unclear, generalized answers as if the staff member doesn't really know what they're talking about, and I'm bothering them. Just handing over a folder doesn't answer all the questions a new tenant might have. I dont expect you to be perfect, but I do expect you to know what you're doing and not be too distracted by your cellphone.

First off I would like to say I live in a refurbished apartment, very nice and realistic pricing for the area. However with that being said it only goes so far when you have a bad management system and not enough maintenance workers. Initially when i moved in my microwave did not have a respective wall plug to be plugged into. I waited several weeks for someone to show up and they didn’t even fix it. There’s STILL just raw wire hanging out of the wall inside of the cabinet. Secondly my fridge stopped working one day. I immediately reported this to the staff and a work order was put in place. It has nearly been a week and still nothing has been done. $300 worth of groceries down the drain. My fiancé and I have been living out of a cooler waiting for our brand new fridge to be replaced. It is insulting to be paying the premium price I am paying to have this poor of service and support from the management team. Another thing to consider is the “security” of this complex. It is gated, however the back gate has been stuck in the open position since I have moved in 4 months ago. I would not recommend living here if you are looking for a well maintained, safe place to live.

So, Google maps brought us in the back way and not through the main entrance. We found parking and ended up walking around until we found the main office. We entered through their back door which had to be unlocked but, is understandable because we were on the residence side. This allowed us to not only see the grounds on a closer view but, it also tested the leasing associate attitude and professionalism. The apartments seemed well kept and updated. The grounds are well kept and offer big shade trees. Note...I will be a 1st time apartment renter and there were three things that kept me from doing a long term leasing here...1. (Personal taste) I really don’t prefer doing laundry on the balcony. I rather have my machines and items inside. 2. The grounds are really crowded. Parking is completely full and the grounds/pool had a lot of people for its tiny accessible areas. Then there is #3 the main reason....Rude, not one smile, very short (I am not talking height), and sighs. The associate handled mostly everything poorly from opening the back door frowning, answering questions very shortly, and seemingly irritated to even show us an apartment. (Office was not busy but, it was a hot day) Basically, We were pretty much rushed through and sent on our way with paper work but, no business card (not that I would want one after that experience. ) Oh! And Follow up is non-existence, thank goodness. I should have turned away at the back door once it was opened.

Looks can be deceiving. This place is poorly managed. My daughter lived there and had all her tires robbed from her new truck. Along with that residents at the pool area would be smoking pot around everyone without shame. When all these issues were brought up to management they basically said it's not their problem. Not worth the price.

The apartment complex just changed over new management and name. The new team doesn’t seem as friendly and helpful as the old team. Since taking over they have changed staff twice. They messed up my lease when it changed over and didn’t have my renewal in the system. Overall has gone downhill since the switch.
My fiancé and I have lived in these apartments for a little over a year and every single time we have a question we go straight to Karla, she always has the right answer for us and she is EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL!!! Because of her we have stayed in this apartment complex all these years. If you ever need any help or have a question Karla is the perfect person to go to.

Good property with Great management. Common areas are maintained and well apportioned. Location allows for easy access to all major destinations in the area. I like many things about this property, but I'd say for me, the exercise room and pool are the best. You be the judge.

It is a safe place to live. decent interior. property grounds look nice. no bug issues. plenty of parking.
good upkeep, good office people, clean, valet garbage service bit much.
Been here for over a year and I can honestly say that the community and apartments are great overall. Maintenance takes care of any issues usually under 24 hours,the gym is small but fully functional. Administration staff was changed recently but from what I have dealt with them they all seem nice. Overall, great place, my only con is the closeness to 1604 which makes it for a bit of highway noise every now and then.
