Property Ratings at SageStone Village
I’ve lived here for 4 years, it was great living there. But when I moved out I was charged to replace the carpet. I sent an email asking for more details because there were no holes or tears, it was cleaned when I left. I was also charged $175 to resurface/clean the stovetop? What do you expect when it’s a glass stovetop with daily use? Very disappointed about all of that. Never heard anything back from the property.
I would rate it six stars if I could. I applied in the afternoon. They had me moving in by that evening. For the price, the property and especially the staff has exceeded my expectations by far. Ask for Rachel. She’ll take great care of you!
We are losing our jobs because of the COVID-19 situation and we had to break our lease. Even though we have absolutely no way of paying it, they are demanding FOUR MONTHS OF RENT to break the lease. We basically begged the building manager (Stephanie Wright) to help us in some way. We even offered to pay half, because that's all of our savings. She was rude and tried to make us feel bad for the large company that owns the property because, "we still have bills too.." As a young married person who is barely getting by, I couldn’t care less about a company that has absolutely no empathy for people in the middle of a worldwide crisis. They have the option to cut costs and lay off people (which is what happened to us). We don't have that option. This experience has completely ruined any positive feeling we had toward SageStone. The greedy management's handling of this situation is unethical. I would recommend steering clear of SageStone. Renting here was a mistake that's going to cost us thousands.
I have lived in several apartment complexes and this is by far the best one yet!! Not only does it have great amentites but the office staff is very informative and super friendly!! I feel very at home here and happen to know the workers by name, it’s great :)
I love Sagestone Village been leaving here since it's been open. Beautiful apartments, awesome pool area, and a wonderful staff.
We've lived here for ~5 months and have encountered our share of issues with management, maintenance, neighbors, etc. All of which are mostly just the typical apartment headaches. My reason for writing this review is because, today and every day that I've had to go to the office, I spoke with Emma. As always, she went out of her way to be friendly and helpful. She is consistently going above and beyond her duties. While I have encountered issues with some of the previous employees, I have never had any issues with Emma. She is a great asset to the property.
I've lived here over 2 years. It is just more easier to stay then go through the moving hassle. However, I can not express how rude the staff can be. I have had numerous encounters and I am so upset with the poor customer service. The girls just chit chat and whenever you ask for anything, you can tell they do not want to be bothered. I really think a new staff is needed.
I moved in when the place was brand new, three years ago. It commanded a bit of a premium, but that was to be expected for the area and "newness" of the property. You can walk to everything you could want in less that 10 minutes - the theater, shopping, grocery store, cleaners, restaurants, etc. The apartment I am in (2 BR, 2 Bath) is quite spacious and well laid out. The restricted building access is great. You have to have a key fob to get into the building, so you get the security of a gated community without the hassles of constantly broken property gates as in many communities. 3 years later the prices have gone up somewhat (as expected); however, if you opt for extra storage or a garage, it will put you into premium $$$ territory. Better to rent a house at that point. Sound-"proofing" is middle of the road - you will hear your neighbors unless they are light of foot, but it is not usually a pain unless you have bad neighbors. While office personnel can change a little frequently, they have been good for the most part. The current office personnel are attentive, friendly, and take action promptly, which is an improvement compared to prior front office from 1 1/2 years ago. Maintenance is really good, and the head maintenance fellow is funny, knowledgeable, and quick to act(I believe he is the same as when I moved in). While I love that the property is smoke-free, the reality is that many of your neighbors will still smoke in their apartments, on the grounds, and on their balconies. Management will send out notices when alerted or when they see someone smoking, and will charge them a minimal $50 fine, but it doesn't do much to change people's habits. Some signage on patios and on the grounds themselves alerting people that it is a smoke-free property would be highly beneficial (you'll barely see any signage against smoking anywhere except in your lease). A scaled fine might be more of a deterrent as well, with $50 for the 1st occurrence, $250 for the 2nd, and $500 for the 3rd (plus potential eviction - is that wrong?). All in all, the property is very nice, but overpriced if you opt for anything extra like storage or garage. Other than a couple of very bad neighbors over the past three years, I have quite enjoyed my stay but will likely move to greener pastures at the end of my lease due to the pricing. I don't mind paying a premium for a truly smoke-free property, but I'm not sure that will exist anywhere except in my own house.
I love this complex! I literally looked at every complex in this area and felt uneasy about one thing or another, until I toured Sagestone Village. The residents are peaceful, professional and friendly. The grounds are manicured and clean and the amenities are top notch! The leading office staff are friendly and professional! I would recommend this complex to anyone!
Sagestone Village is beautiful urban living. I make the most of the gym and then cool off in the crystal clear pool whilst getting to know my friendly neighbours. Staff and maintenance are simply wonderful attending to every need. It's a community that has become my family and home.
I am living in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. It is a tad smaller than I would like but I wouldn't trade the location for anything. Located right behind Alliance town center and between southlaks and Fort Worth. The fitness center looks brand new and overlooks the pool (which is perfect). Friendly staff and fun community events. Love and recommend.
Sagestone Apartments are walking distance to pretty much everything you could want! We have enjoyed the urban atmosphere at an affordable monthly cost. The staff here works hard to build a community feel by hosting different events throughout the year. They are also quick to respond to any requests or needs.Large pool, lovely grill/hangout area with a very nice and updated fitness center. All in all Sagestone Apartments is the place to be in Fort Worth! We plan to make this our home for a long time.
If you are looking for a brand new apartment with large bathrooms and closets, Sagestone Apartments are the place to live. These apartments are not only newly constructed, but they have been built with the nicest materials. I live on the second floor in a three store building and rarely ever hear any of my neighbors. The deep bathtubs are great for soaking. The apartments are near to shopping, restaurants, and the movies. I can walk to the Starbucks in 10 minutes as well as a Krogers in 5 minutes.
