Property Ratings at SageWater Village
Over priced. They charge you for breathing here. Valet trash is a joke. The fixtures are cheap. They charge you for pest prevention when they should have that included No washer and dryer in the units. Leasing and property management are useless and not helpful.
Horrible service Disconcerned about customer service Horrible neighbors Loud
It was great for the first three years. The reason we moved here was for the no-smoking policy and the extra yard space for our dogs. The yard started filling up with cigarette butts every week. I have reported this same issue with the cigarettes for almost two years and nothing was done but warnings. Cigarette butts in the hallways and around the front of the building. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. the neighbors above us fight constantly after hours. The security guard is NEVER around and never answers his phone. My husband's truck was broken into. The rent is too high and not worth this much headache any longer. The only thing good about these apartments is the Maintenance people. Vanessa will give you the run-around and make excuses for everything. These apartments have gone downhill.
I appreciate the feedback! America is steady going down the sewage hole with thier wickedness for being so money hungry! They really dont believe that fat meat is greasy!
Signed my lease for August 10th and officially moved in August 17th. Similar to some other communities, you are restricted to who you can choose for electricity (tri-county electric) and cable/internet (frontier). I called on August 12th to schedule frontier to my apartment, which the earliest they could schedule was the 21st and would come between 5:30 PM - 7:00PM. As you can imagine frontier came earlier. When I called I got passed along to 6 different associates, never would provide me a manager, and did not know how to provide me information to file a formal complaint until I advised I would go to the FCC. Considering sagewater has a contract with Frontier, sagewater residents should have priority to get service. I am still sitting with no service until 09/03. I called sagewater to ask for a manager, none has called me back. I went to the front office, there was no help and no one called me. As a graduate student, I need the internet to do work. I cannot wait to leave already. Frontier did not show up on their 2nd appointment on 09/03/2019, nor called. As a continuation. I spoke with sage water management on 09/04/2019 and the refuse to provide me a credit for $90 (the monthly charge amount) though I am going on 5 weeks without service.
I originally discounted this complex because of the negative reviews. But I just happened to be shopping in the area and decided to stop by. I was blinded by the "newness" of the complex, nice finishes and proximity to shopping and a small pond. This is all hiding very poor construction! I could plainly hear my neighbors talking and watching TV from my bedroom. We probably could have had a conversation through the wall! And it was like a herd of elephants who lived above me! Your hear everything...from them taking showers and using the bathroom to them sitting in a chair. The apartment is not sealed well so have fun with spiders and other creepy crawlers. Also the windows let a ton of cold air in. I wanted to like this apartment because it was a large layout, nice finishes and proximity to shopping and entertainment, but I have nothing but regrets over choosing this complex. I know people say "well it's apartment living", but this is not worth it for the amount of money your are spending. Also get ready to pay for frivolous charges when moving out. It's not even worth arguing with them.
