This place is roach and mice infested. They do nothing to fix it. The people in the office are rude and under trained. They will falsely tow your car and not reimburse you. Stay away if you value your safety. Cars get broken into left and right here. They still do NOTHING about it. They have cameras that don’t see anything in the parking lot. Good luck if you move here.

The first day we moved in we’ve had issues with our apartment, management, and maintenance. Any issue brought to management is not followed up, they honestly don’t care about your issues, you have to keep harassing them for them to do something. Like I’m not joking, even with new management it’s the same thing. We’ve had every appliance go out since we moved here. First day our A/C, took them 2 days to get to (That really didn’t bother me, like I understand they have other apartments to tend to). A week later our Fridge goes out, and our food went bad, it took them over a month to get us a new fridge, and they refused to Comp us for the food we just paid for. Our dishwasher then stopped working properly and our sink was leaking all over the kitchen for at least 2 months because they kept ignoring us, and the main maintenance guy kept saying it was going to get done, but he’s always just standing around watching video’s on his phone, just standing there. Honestly if you do decide to move here, good luck, the people here are also rude. I had a lady hit my car here, and someone hit the back of my boyfriend’s car because they weren’t paying attention. Our lease ends in a few months and we are getting out of here as fast as we physically can. Would rate negative stars if able.

Don’t believe what you see, the pool hasn’t been open for 2 summer’s and I don’t think they have a plan to do so. Can’t have family over since theirs only like 6 visitor parking and residents use them to park their unregistered vehicles. Don’t even think about having access to their laundry facilities, they only work with a certain card that you have to load during office hours. Not to mention 4washers work and only 2 DRYERS. Huge amount of roaches!! However maintenance is always very helpful and try their best to help.Those pictures provided absolutely don’t match what the apartment complex looks like.

Ive been here for a little over a year, everything is fine except the mass amount of roaches that live in my apartment and no one fixing it. I was moved into an apartment that wasnt checked out for cleanliness and it is disgusting. I am very clean and they just wont stop coming from out of crack in the molding or behind the fridge. Majority of the time I am not bothered by any of the neighbors, except the occasional loud music or so. Management doesnt really want to do anything, everytime they tell me they will put in a work order to get something fixed she pretends like she'll do something and then doesnt do anything about it. Kind of a joke to be honest, definitely wont be resigning my lease. Im not really one to leave reviews but the fact that there have been constant roaches my whole year here has been terrible, dont get suckered into the 14 month lease.

It's a great place to live if you want to be close to Bush Airport. Overall it's a calm environment and has a super friendly property manager who does her best to help everyone. The reason I gave it three stars is because the area is not so great. Greens point has a lot of robberies at night and is not so safe to walk around at night time, but other than that everything else is fine.

I moved into this apartment about 14 months ago and every since I moved in I been paying $515. Since I moved in up until three months ago a new manager came in and she notified me that my rent was actual $520 before she came in I was never notified about that or charged a late fee. Now she say I have to pay everything regardless of what happen before she got there.

I recently moved to Houston, TX for a new start. A month ago if you would of told me I would be here, my reply would be please. This single mother of two, baby bye. However, I stepped out on faith. Scared and excited all ball up in one about this new journey. I had to find my way around town, schooling for boys eleven and three years old, and a place to call home. There were several places I looked at and a host of search engines put nothing felt right. Then I found Salado with the help of Apartments.com. This website give me everything a map to find my way from home to work, listing of school for both boys and great pictures of the property. When I went to review property, it was perfect. Great location, affordable, safe and quiet. Plus, the school district is awesome. It's good to know management really cares and it shows. Salado a place I call HOME.
