Moved into Salem in July 2017, apartments are comfortable and the landlord and neighbors are great. If your going to be late with the rent in anyway call the landlord he will work with you. But don't start trouble with anybody or destroy your apartment because he won't stand for it, other then that the people here are happy and I'm happy, it's a good place to live.
