Me and my family love it here. We do not plan to leave until we buy a home. The people who clean do a good job and the people in the office are very nice. If i have issues it gets fixed quick. I have other family who live here too!

Salem has been my home for 9 years. Me and my kids love living here. Any time I have a problem with my apartment maintenance is quick to fix. Never have I had to wait for days for the repairs. The ladies in the office are wonderful too. They even helped me set up online account because I am not techy at all lol! I really do not plan on ever leaving. I have recommended this place to many people and will continue to do so!

Extremely happy with the staff. They are always so helpful with any questions. The apartment is very nice! I appreciate how well kept the building is.

We came to tour Salem and Janelle showed us around. The property is great. The apartment me and my roommate saw had an awesome walk in closet and a breakfast bar. We have seen a lot of places and this one tbh is the oldest but the place is so clean and well kept we were super impressed! We will be back in the spring to rent!

Excellent place to live, prices are fair, there are canoes to rent so you can explore the lake infront. Apartments size are very nice a lot of closet space ??

The outdoor and indoor pools are great. Not to mention the lake view. The apartment themselves are very cozy and warm great place for a family

I moved out last November, just because I was looking for a change. I can not tell you how much I regretted it immediately. So excited to be moving back home again in November!!

I have lived in the apartment complex for a few years now and have enjoyed every moment of it. The staff in the management office are incredibly helpful and kind, going in to see them is always a delight. The property is always spotless, inside and out. It really feels like a community here rather than just a complex. Normally through the year, they host BBQs and other events for the residents, and it's a wonderful way to get to know your neighbors. I would absolutely recommend any of my friends and family to take a look at moving here. -PQ

Living at Salem Green has so many great features - I have been living here for 6 weeks and it has not disappointed. The staff is wonderful, willing to go the extra mile. There are many amenities. For the price, the location and cleanliness of the apartments and grounds are incredible. Close by to 62, 494, and 52! It isn't a luxury apartment, but it is a solid place to live - water is included!

If youre looking for a place to live comfortably- this is the place. You pay for what you get and Salem is worth it all. The location is awesome. The staff is kind. The place looks great year around. They really do take care of the place and the people who live here. Highly recommend.

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years, it’s a beautiful place to live. The walls are concrete so you don’t hear neighbors. I feel secure and comfortable here. Maintenance is very efficient. The office workers are all very nice and considerate.

This has been my home for over 6 years. Everything about this place is great. From the staff to the amenities. I see the cleaners everyday, the maintenance team will do request we put in in a timely manner and the office always answers my phone calls and emails! Highly recommend Salem if you are looking to live in IGH.

I know when it comes to reviews they are very helpful so I thought I would do one for all the apartments I saw the time I was in Minnesota. I currently am looking in moving to Minnesota from North Carolina. I really liked this area while driving around so I decided to stop by & get some information. I was immediately attended by Val. Everyone else in the office was nice. The apartments are very nice and reasonable for the price. The amenities are great. They have pretty much everything you are looking for (plus they are close to Robert St so if need something you can drive a few mins down the road). The community was clean and I even saw the cleaners while being shown around. You honestly get a good “at home” vibe from this community. I’m still in process of moving but I think this is the best apartment complex in the area and I’ll more than likely end up renting here.

Like the title says, I've been living here for 5 years for a reason. The staff are all incredibly friendly and genuinely care about the residents. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly and professionally. I thought they were hyping up the concrete walls and low noise during my initial tour but the hype is real! My apartment is right next to the laundry room and I never hear a thing. The grounds are constantly being upgraded and well maintained. The location is also amazing, you're minutes away from most major highways.

Living here in Salem Green has be very exciting so far. The environment is very clean and family friendly. There is no noise and the community is very friendly. The office staff is excellent and maintenance are very quick to respond. The in door and out door pool is great. The underground heated garages are very convenient especially during winter periods. The environment appear to be very safe. I think of staying here for a while.

Living at Salem Green has been amazing. The apartment units are nice, the location is convenient, the staff here is excellent. Very friendly, and if you need maintenance, they're very quick to take care of it. The area surrounding it is very well-kept. Free-to-use workout room. Indoor and outdoor pool. Heated garage option, which is a godsend in the winter. I've been here 3 years because I don't want to leave!

The staff is truly very caring. They told us the apartment was soundproof, and I assumed they were exaggerating, but it is as close to soundproof as an apartment can be. It's a quiet, peaceful community, with a wonderful lake view, and we have really enjoyed staying here. We've lived here a year, and just renewed our lease.

I got denied by this place for a petty misdemeanor charge that was a ticket, payable by a fine less than a speeding ticket from 6yrs ago. Also brought up that I had a misdemeanor charge from 20yrs ago. The lady that was talking to me about why I was denied was rude and made me feel I like was a horrible person. I saw a few cars with whiskey plates in the parking lot so drinking and driving must be ok to her. Also took a credit hit of 4 points from their credit check. The property was average for the age of the building. There was construction going on, looks like they were getting new windows. The only person that seemed nice there was Julissa who showed me around the property. I found a nice luxury apartment that is 3yrs old in Apple Valley that accepted me so in your face Salem Green.

When I retired, I moved from my own house in a small town to a two-bedroom apartment in Salem Green. The building I am in has concrete walls between neighboring units which makes it very quiet. I have generous-sized deck that looks over the lake, and I spend hours everyday outside enjoying the birds, sunshine and relative quiet. The people in the office are exceptional. They respond to any requests right away, they accept and deliver packages, they even will feed pets if you need them too! There are Salem Green events throughout the year for the residents. The maintenance is unbelievable. I have never had to wait more than a day for a response and they are so good at their jobs the repairs are done perfectly. Painting is on-going and the place always looks great. I love the underground parking and the apartments approximation to major highways, shopping, county parks, and libraries.and county parks. I’m partial to the outdoor swimming pool, but we have an indoor pool, a sauna, a very nice workout room and a community room I have rented for a family celebration. There are outdoor grills for residents to use, also. Busses stop right here. This sounds too good to be true, and there are a few minor things that could be improved, but all-in-all, this is a great place to live for people of all ages.

I've been living here since October and I can't stress how perfect everything is here! The walk out patio is amazing and very helpful to have with my little dog.

I have lived at Salem Green for one month now. Love it! Great office staff, very knowlegeable and efficient, very friendly, great service. The maintenance staff is great too, very professional and friendly, quick with tasks. I enjoy walking around the grounds, they are well maintained, with lots of greenery and a lake! My apartment is very nice, the patio is an added bonus. A great experience overall.

We have been at Salem Green for almost 4 months now and it has been absolutely wonderful from the start! Everyone we have met on the office staff and the maintenance staff are very nice. The location is a great location and centralized around anything you need. The buildings and grounds are clean and overall very quiet. We haven't had any issue's with noises since we have lived here which is great and due to the type of walls they have. The staff is quick to respond to any inquiries we may have. When we moved in our apartment was very clean and we didn't have any issues. I would definitely recommend not only looking at Salem Green, but living here if you have the chance!

If your considering moving your residence, I can highly recommend Salem Green. 17 plus years ago, after a long search for a new home, I chose to look at four prospective apartments at Salem Green. When I walked into the fourth one. I knew I was 'home'. Today I want to express some thoughts and feelings about my home and the people who keep me from moving anywhere else. This includes people who are no longer here but especially the people who currently provide residents with excellent services. Names that come to mind are: Julie/Community Manager who has always tried to accommodate me even when requests were beyond routine; Janelle/Assistant Manager who has been here since my initial move in. She's like a good friend when I have questions or need help; Val/Leasing Consultant is a positive gem. She was my next door neighbor before moving to a larger unit at Salem; Shawn/Maintenance Supervisor went above and beyond to bring/install items helping my recovery from surgery and solved problems during a sub-zero winter heating crisis; Daniel/Maintenance Tech is a plus. He's knowledgeable, efficient and effective in all areas; Anthony/Painter whose wall repair work and painting are first class. These people have each taken a special interest to complete their duties in a commendable manner. I find them invaluable. I have often used and enjoyed many amenities her at Salem. Recent remodeling & improvements in grounds, common areas and apartments make this a wonderful place to call home. Sending thanks for many happy years. Wishing for many more.

This has been my most positive apartment experience. I moved out about 3 years ago and regretted it. I HAD to come back because of how excellent this property is. Maintenance is prompt with my request (unlike my previous place, it would take them weeks to get to me). My issue is usually resolved the same day I call it in. Val in the office Is great to work with. She is always happy to help me. My sons school is close as well as I’m close to work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking. I even recommend my buddy to live here and he moved in just down the hall from me. I will only move out once I am ready to buy a home. I am very happy to call Salem Green home.

I moved to Salem a little over a year ago from California. I looked at 3 different places and couldnt be happier that I chose salem. The floorplan that I chose is one I have not seen. I have a spacious one bedroom facing the lake. The office staff was one of the reasons I decided to live here. Very friendly and quick response. Also they have someone who speaks spanish. Val was very helpful throughout the whole process and has been helpful with any issues Ive had. Since I moved in Ive only had one huge maintenance issue and it was resolved right away. Amenities are great, the care of the buildings is wonderful and my neighbors are friendly.

Just moved in a 3 months ago and never think I'm going ever move! A few months after I moved in the office staff (who is amazing by the way)hand delivered a gift to my apartment with an invite to a BBQ. Although, I wasn't able to make it, the picture frame is adorable. I really like my apartment. It's a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom and I have access to the balcony from not only my living room but my bedroom too! My view is completely private, just me and the woods. If your looking for a nice place, I've found it.

I found Salem Green as I was trying to find another apartment complex in the area, and I am so glad I did. I was greeted with smiles at the rental office, offered a hot cup of coffee and given a tour on the spot of a great one bedroom which I ended up renting. So far everything has been great, it is an older complex, however it's very clean and quiet. I am very happy with my new home! If you are looking for an apartment, try Salem Green!

My wife and I just moved into Salem Green and love it! Staff is great, our neighbors couldn't be nicer and maintenance seems to really be on top of it. The property is very well kept and clean.

I will be moving into Salem Green in May and couldn't be happier and more excited! I have a really cool floor plan and can't wait to start decorating. They even let me pick a paint color and their painter is going to paint my living room wall. The office girls are nice too, always seem happy to see me and answer any of my dozens of questions, unlike my current place where I always feel like I'm inconveniencing them. SO EXCITED!!!

I have lived at Salem Green for almost three years now and couldn't be happier! Staff is great and maintenance is on top of it. I spend a lot of time out of town on business and they always check on my apartment, get my mail and packages and water my plant. They are in the process of updating my building and it's exciting to come home to progress. Very happy and plan on living at Salem Green for many years to come.

We have lived at Salem Green for the last two years and we have loved it. It is right down the road from about every store or restaurant you could need, right off 494, but scenic and quiet enough you wouldn't even know it. They have just recently been updating all the buildings and rec space and it all looks beautiful. Quiet roomy apartments,have never been bothered by neighbor noise. Great views, responsive management that is always willing to work with you and fix any issues quickly and efficiently! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking!

I recently moved into Salem Green and overall it has been a good experience. I just stopped in their rental office to get some information and they were very welcoming, even though I didn't have an appointment. They took the time to show me around, and I fell in love with a great 2 bedroom apartment that faces a small pond, and has a lot more closet space than my previous place. I've seen the cleaning lady every morning since I've moved in, even on the weekends. I received a gift bag after I picked up my apartment keys, delivered by some of the office staff. I am really glad I stopped in to get information, because I love my new home!

This is my first apartment and I completely love everything about this place. I always receive compliments on how unique my apartment is with all the awesome angled walls I have. Something I dreaded when looking was hearing my neighbors, But not here! I didn't believe them when they told me it was a concrete building. But I rarely hear my neighbors which is amazing. They also do so many fun activities for us like the summer BBQ and the winter dessert night. Soon we will have our complimentary breakfast that they do every year in April! I have an indoor/outdoor pool, tennis court, basketball court, sauna, fitness room and a party room all in one place. The maintenance, the painters, the office staff and the caretakers are all very friendly! I love that there is ALWAYS some one in the office. And if i need anything when the office is closed, i can simply go online and request whatever it is i need. I can even pay my rent online! I always recommend this place to anyone that is looking. I actually have a few friends that ended up moving here so now i have them nice and close as well :)

I love all th amenities that my apartment has to offer! Free paddle boat and canoe rental, one free storage unit, spacious party room available for rent, two pools one of which that is open all year round and underground garage stalls available for rent. My neighbors are friendly. The staff here is also friendly. They do activities throughout the year that include staff and tenants, so the stuff personally knows you and cares about you. This is easily the best apartment I have ever lived at! I've been here for almost 3 years.

We have lived at Salem Green for over two years and completely love it. From the concrete construction to all of the amenities. The indoor pool was just recently upgraded as well as the entire community room. They have also started doing a lot of building work. Yes, I agree that my apartment is not a completely updated place, but every time I have an issue the maintenance staff is great about coming to fix my issues. I have never felt as welcomed as I do here (and I have lived in quite a few apartments). They do community events, apartment sitting for us when we are on vacation and they even deliver gifts every year! Salem Green has been great to us and we will continue recommending it to anyone we know that is looking!

Salem Green is a very quite place that is very close to the main pipeline to the metro.

My fiance and I have lived in Salem Green for a little under a year now and with each new day, we feel confident we made the right choice. We live in a one bedroom and we love the amount of space we have for the price we pay! We have a beautiful deck that overlooks the lake behind our building and spend many nights out there. It's close to everything we need--work, shopping, food and family. The outer walls are made of concrete which blocks any noise we might hear from our surrounding neighbors, and vice versa. When something goes wrong, maintenance is fast to fix or repair it--usually within the next 48 hours. Over the months we have lived there, Salem Green has updated their parking lots, and community center to meet the needs of guests. It shows that our money is going toward fixing things--we can visibly see what we are investing in. And although we don't have children yet, Salem Green holds fantastic kids nights and community events for residents. We are even attending a Mexico themed party tonight where we can enjoy the outdoor pool and free (yes free!) Chipotle. The outdoor and indoor pool, workout room, party room and other amenities make Salem Green the perfect choice for any family. If I had to point out any flaws about our apartment it would be the cleanliness of the buildings or the lack of security. We often find lots of garbage or items laying about our building, and ours in particular needs some new carpet. People often leave the door to the main building open so anyone can get it, even though we live in a secured building. The cost of laundry, and the lack of washers and dryers in the unit is a big turn off, too. Overall, Salem Green is a great place for those just starting out, or those who have a big family. They have 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments for any size tenant! Although it won't be our forever home, we are grateful we have picked Salem Green for our starter apartment!

The location is prime! Only 5 minutes away from school. There is every college-goers dream food places just down the road. The MOA is only a 15-20 minute drive! The office staff? AMAZING. They were really willing to help us, even letting us move in a week later in the month in order for our first month's rent to be lower. When I asked, they even came to our apartment and shut our windows when it started to rain and we were at work. The maintenance staff? Very quick and they do a great job! It's very clean here and very quiet (concrete between each floor sure helps!) I also feel very safe here. The pool, sauna, tennis court and lake only add to the epicness that is Salem Green. I've been here for 4 months and plan to be here for many more.
