For the most part the complex is quite. It's unfortunate you have to pay the amount of rent you do and and a non-refundable deposit and tenants have visitor's take up your parking space.

My vehicle was broken into so the area isn’t as great as I thought it was. Also stuff in my apartment keeps messing up just because it’s old and they failed to service my apartment before I moved in. They’re very quick on my requests but I shouldn’t have to call every other month about something messing up..

Quiet place to live for the most part. People have dogs that some don't clean up after, but trash is not a problem here, so far. They fix things in your apartment very quickly, very few bugs (maybe just spiders or ants a little), but there's pest control weekly. Parking is in front of your door and walk-in entries - not hallways! Good locatiion too, shopping, fast-food, gas and restaurants. They usually keep up on the outside grass, bushes etc. I've found it a nice place to live.

They don’t provide updates to your apartment. If you want any updates you have to move to another apartment. They don’t upkeep the community like they use to—painting of shutters, power washing the buildings, etc. Very disappointing especially since the rent increases astronomically. What am I getting in return?

Great apartment community, with nice Manager, Cynthia and Service Manager, Anthony, who is efficient and friendly. They just repaved and re-striped the whole parking lot, so everthing looks new! Great staff and maintenance is amazing. Cynthia, Anthony, & Bob really make living here in Salem Ridge enjoyable. I enjoy staying here and my neighbors are wonderful. I often walk around the complex to do laundry, walk my dogs at the dog park, take my son to the playground, or use the pool or grilling areas. Nice community and the neighbors look out for each other I've borrowed a cup of sugar or eggs from some lol. The office will have fun events from time to time like pool parties or ornament making, just things like that is why we continue to call Salem Ridge home.
