Located right in Coolidge corner and near the 66 bus line, this place is clean, the landlord is friendly and responsive, and it's very quiet. This historical building features all wood floors throughout and newly installed central air. Lots of graduate students and young professionals live in the surrounding buildings. 2 grocery stores within feet of each other, tons of restaurants, gyms, and more nearby. A major downside is no dishwasher or in-unit laundry, and the nearest laundromat just unexpectedly shuttered.
