We offer pest control services on Wednesdays when requested by the resident. Very much enjoyed my time living here. The admins are very responsive and the complex is an aesthetically pleasing place with nice greenery. Not to mention the close walking/biking path and recreational lake nearby. everything you’ll be looking for in a quiet suburb area. very safe too.
I have lived here about 1.5 months and realize it was a huge mistake. Although the property is in a great location and beautiful on the outside, the property is poorly run and is not in 'luxury' condition. In the first month I lived here, I don't think I went a week without some type of maintenance issue, which included a MASSIVE flood (up to our ankles). I had to threaten to call an emergency cleaning crew to get them to send someone that day. I've read reviews about utilities being shut off unexpectedly and I experienced that for the first time a few weeks ago as well. We woke up one morning and had no water for the entire day - on a holiday when everyone is home from school/work no less. If you have a family or family member with a disability, this is NOT the place to be. I had my son and 3 other special needs children in the swimming pool around 7pm on a Friday night and had the property manager come out and yell at us for being too loud. He scared the kids to death, which made gathering them up and ushering them away that much more challenging. The rent is exorbitant even for this area. To make matters worse, they will nickel and dime you with fees. Reading directly from my invoice, I have a water fee, sewer fee, stormwater fee, billing fee, parking fee, package locker fee, pest control fee, and trash fee. There is no trash valet...the trash fee is just to use the bins. This month, I made the mistake of paying on the 2nd instead of the 1st, and found over $50 in fees added to my rent as well. To me, this shows a complete lack of class. I regret moving here and cannot wait for the lease to be up!
FANTASTIC LOCATION, SPACIOUS FLOORPLANS, QUALITY SERVICE, GREAT GROUP OF DIVERSE PEOPLE! San Antigua truly puts the LUXURY back into apartment living. I LOVE my apartment - the floorplan, space, proximity to parking and trash - EVERYTHING. I've lived here 6 years and continue to be impressed w/ the rapid response I've received to the few service requests I've had....and follow-up afterward inquiring if my expectations had been exceeded was unexpected and much appreciated. All new appliances were installed throughout the entire complex of apartments and townhouses in the Fall of 2013. The property is maintained impeccably - from landscaping to pest control. Most importantly -- the people. I enjoy living amongst a wide range of friendly, diverse people -- singles and families, people of all ages, race and nationalities. You couldn't ask for a more perfect location - shopping close by, beautiful pools, miles of walking trails -- plus, easy access to the airport....and pretty much anywhere else you'd want to go. There is no place in the Greater Phoenix Area that I would want to live than San Antigua! I feel safe and secure in this gated PARADISE.

I lived in San Antigua for seven years, left for an out of state job, and was happy with the complex and would live there again. Best thing is the location, right on the bike trail you can leave the property through a gate and walk along golf courses and a couple of nice lakes with views of Camelback and other mountains, also great for jogging or biking. A long walk on this trail will get you to Starbucks. The property has decent landscaping with nice waterfall\rock features near the pools. Apartment was also in good condition. Maintenance was ok. No major problems except on move in. When I moved in (seven years ago) my phone didn’t work right and I had several weeks of the phone company blaming the apartment, and the apartment phone contractor blaming the phone company, eventually it worked itself out, but the apartment phone lines always had a bit of static. They also seem to have had lots of problems with water lines breaking over the years with water shut off during the day, but this wasn’t a big impact for the most part. They were mostly responsive to apartment fix complaints. They didn’t do any preventative maintenance though, had to ask to have AC filters changed and such. Security and safety were ok. There is a gate but that is really an annoyance and not security, anyone wanting to get in just waits for and follows someone with a card. My downstairs neighbor’s apartment was robbed, but these guys were pros who cased her out which while not good I don’t know there is anything that can be done about that. There was also a period where some cars were broken into (not mine though) but these two events were over 7 years, and these things happen in lots of neighborhoods I don’t think it reflects on the property. My apartment had a monitored alarm for which I paid a hook up fee, and then $10 a year to the City of Scottsdale, that was quite a deal. Apparently not every apartment has that though, not sure what the deal is. I only had one noisy neighbor, and the courtesy patrol they had at the time did help work that out though I don’t know if they still have that. Bottom line I think safety and security were ok. I really never had any problems with office staff, and my deposit was returned without much trouble (though I worked hard to return the apartment in a good and clean condition). Bottom line I think it was a fine place to live and I would live there again.
San Antigua is "living large & perfect" in the AZ desert ! A complex in The McCormick Ranch area, surrounded by a beautiful golf course, lakes w/ducks & geese make for year round walking & bike riding. Close to shopping and major freeways, you can get around the Valley of the Sun in minutes. The complex includes 2 beautiful pools, club house and newly remodeled gym. This gated community built by Mark Taylor, boasts large open rooms, walk-in closets, large master bath, patio, windows with beautiful views, washer/dryer (yeah!) and garages if you so chose. There are choices for everyone and we love it!
Considered a Luxury Complex but interiors could use upgrading. Quiet, safe area.
I toured here looking for a 3 bedroom, and the units were nice & pretty well updated. The thing that I find most interesting about nearly every complex that is offering 3 bedroom units is how very pricey they are. The setting was pretty & it seemed quiet (I visited mid-day during the week, so not sure about rest of the time, weekends, nights, etc). For places that offer around 1300 sq ft for a unit where you are in a common building with nothing but a small patio, garages are extra & not standard with every 3 bedroom; the prices kinda blow me away. When you do some shopping around, you can find larger square footage private single family homes with yards, 2 car attached garages, no common walls, etc for pretty much the same price. So, while the property was nice & staff seemed pleasant; I just can't justify the cost for what you get.
