The campus is clean and beautiful. The office staff is friendly and responsive. And so is the service staff. I am happy living here.

I love living here! The service is team is quick to address any concerns or service requests. I hosted a graduation party in the community space, the reservation process was a breeze and the team was very accommodating. Amy is great!

This is a great apartment complex with respectful neighbors and located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the highway. Leasing office employs the nicest agents and managers of anywhere I’ve lived and there are food trucks, events, etc. throughout the month.

Apartments well maintained, management is responsive, grounds are generally kept up well. Quick response to problems and good communication for on-site work, inspections, and so on. Stands out from other complexes.

The Cortland Chandler Crossing community is absolutely a fantastic place to live. The community is clean, well maintained, and has a fabulous pool area. The front office staff and maintenance team really care about every resident and they take pride in their work. This is my third year living here and I can't imagine why I'd leave. If I had to relocate for some reason, I'd live in a Cortland community!

I enjoy living in a beautiful community. Big resort like pool with a waterfall, hot tub with plenty of lounge chairs for sunning. Fitness center is awesome. Flowers, trees everywhere. Friendly community. Love living here.

I am very happy to be living here. The management and maintenance staff are the best I have ever experienced in an apartment complex. Landscapers are top notch too in keeping the landscaping well maintained. It is a great place to live for young and old alike.

I have lived in other local apartment communities, and Cortland Chandler Crossing is the first one that has felt like a home for me. The management genuinely cares about the residents, and maintenance goes overboard to make certain any issues are solved quickly and with a smile. I highly recommend this quiet community for young adults to senior citizens.

This is my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in. Lots of natural light, good neighbors, and great management. The property is extremely clean and well maintained especially with regards to pests and scorpions. I’ll miss this place so much when it’s time to buy a house.

Great clean and well kept community. Close to many stores. Major shopping centers are within a 10 minute drive. Access to the 101 and the 10 also in under 10 minutes. Bus stop nearby as well.

Cortland Chandler Crossing is a great place to live! The front office team make you feel heard and appreciated. The staff have been here for a long time which tells me a lot. The pool area, gym and community room are lovely. Lots of mature trees and friendly neighbors.

The team here at Courtland is stellar. Unlike other places I have lived, this team has been in place for a long time and there doesn't seem to be turnover. Everyone is lovely, including maintenance. They listen, they take action and they care.

The walls are horrible and the apartments aren’t built for what we have to pay. It’s so expensive for apartments that aren’t built well. We had to get our roof fixed three times because water from upstairs started pouring through into the closet.

There is a lot of construction going on right now but that has not taken away from any of my great experience here at Cortland. All the amenities are clean and kept up, our new unit was in perfect condition upon move-in and the front office staff was very accommodating when we had a minor switch up on our lease.

When it comes to safety, peace and quiet, you get what you pay for. We've been here 4 years and we have no plans to leave.

Excellent complex and staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I moved from Wyoming sight unseen(other than virtual) and they made it super easy to do this. They have checked in consistently

This community has an awesome community Team that coordinates and posts events through the month. I am sure negetive experiences can happen which may or may not be accurate over all, but here at the Crossings it is all postive....

Overall this is a great community - excellent customer service, prompt attention to maintenance requests. We hadnt lived in an apartment for over 20 years and moved here from out of state. We needed an apartment while looking for a house-this community has been a great place for our in between time.

Prime location because its close to everything you need . The grounds are always kept up the pool area is beautiful just like being at a 4 star hotel pool !

Spacious and clean housing area, good neighborhood and community. Service requests are addressed promptly.

I love the apartment. We have got the upgraded one, so it is really nice. The sound proofing could be better though as I can feel the floor vibrate even when my husband moves around. Overall, great community and totally kid friendly. Kids seem to be having a great time here.

The only place in the area with saunas on site!!! The community areas and upkeep are beyond expectations as well as the events planned.
