Any service request which I have submitted over the last several years has been resolved quickly and professionally.
I have lived here for nearly 10 years does that explain it though. However I have been waiting four weeks for my original deposit of nearly $805. The main office has not followed through professionally

I would very much like to recommend living here (and have previously) based on my current experiences however going forward with the drastic increase in rents I cannot say that I would. The property is great but I feel like the new rates are too high based on the area and a few other factors.
I would recommend it based on the friendly community and staff. I would not recommend it based on the air conditioning and heating costs. It's over $100 when everything is turned off. In the winter, I never turn the heat on since my air handler will run constantly just to try to get it up to 70. In the summer, it's $350 just to keep it at 80. Multiple complaints and inspections and being told everything is ok. My neighbor has the same problem. Management tells me everything is fine and it's not. Adding that much money and discomfort on top of rent isn't acceptable. I think the air handlers are probably the originals and haven't been upgraded. My apartment faces north so there is no reason for the summer prices just trying to keep it at 80. Other people I know in other complexes never pay more than $100 a month and keep it at 72 all year.
We love the community. It is so nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and courtous.

We've always had a great experience at San Carlos. This is only the 2 maintenance we've had in the 12 months of being residents and it was addressed quickly and to expectation.

I would recommend this complex to anybody as I always do because Lauren, Lynn, Angie, Mark, George, Tim make this a Home not just a building that people live in. They are friendly they make this property beautiful and care about the tenants.

Remodels are very nice, but the buildings are still old e.g. single pane windows, poor insulation, poor noise insulation.
