Management is difficult to work with. No parking spot (google map it). I had a roach issue. I made maintenance request about once a week. This complex should really work on revamping the units.

San Cierra Apartments and Haven Management use deceptive practices. They keep your application fee ($75) AND administrative fee ($175) if your application is denied for any reason. Even though the company's documentation provided during the application says the administrative fee will be refunded, be warned, IT WILL NOT.

This complex has the worst management! It is over priced for what it offers! Just has gotten worse over the years! Will tow cars no matter what it says in the lease! Do not rent here!

We live in this project since last 6 months. Overall project is good, except lizards. I cannot enter in my house because of bunch of lizards around my main door. They should contact the Pest control for lizard controlling.
I've lived here for 7 months and it has been AMAZING! The staff is so incredibly friendly (always waving in passing and saying hello), the property is beautiful and clean, neighbors are friendly and courteous, maintenance is always timely. I get packages all of the time and they have an extremely organized and well managed system of getting packages to recipients and documenting it. The location is amazing! Whole Foods and Walgreens are nearby, along with major retail stores. Right off of 249 so it's easy to get on the tollway and interstate. I can't say enough good things about this apartment complex. It truly feels like a neighborhood and I love living here. They hold events periodically that really brings the community together. So nice! Lots of children and families live here and the children are always so well behaved and sweet. Extremely family friendly. Rent is kind of high but it is worth every single penny because it's clear that the management invests money in the property. We needed a larger apartment (can't commit to homeownership right now) and their 3 bedroom is huge--1900sq! The actual apartment is beautiful--vaulted ceilings, very high quality appliances, fireplace, lots of storage, security system (even though the complex is very safe and I've never felt unsafe here). Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I recommend this to all!!-- tenants and to other apartment complexes because San Cierra is the MODEL for what apartments should be!

Biggest apartment with garage wad the best value compared to others. Lovely counter tops and huge bathtubs are awesome. Tons of shelf space. Marisa, in the front office, is so helpful and is on top of things. Feels very safe with the gate guard. Access to multiple grills is perfect for relaxing cook-outs. The pool/ hot tub, workout room, free coffee, and movie theater are all great amenities.

I have been living at San Cierra for 6 months and all I can say is I LOVE IT! The grounds are very well kept. The "Cares Team" makes an effort to introduce families by having weekend activities which fosters a tighter knit community which I thorough enjoy and appreciate. The office staff is very helpful and courteous. I have put in work orders and the same day the maintenance team has taken care of my request/s in a timely manner. I feel very safe living here and there's an added sense of security having a guard surveil the premises at night. I would definitely recommend San Cierra to anyone looking for a quiet, safe, and clean community.
