18 years living at San-Jacinto Apartments?? Its time to move on. We graciously appreciate all Florin has done for our family. Florin deserves an award for the best manager in palm Springs! I lived here for almost three years, and I highly recommend it as a place to live. First of all, the complex was very clean and well-maintained. Management was very responsive when we had problems, and keep the complex immaculate. My one-bedroom apartment was spacious, with a lot of storage space in it, several closets with shelves, and a nice-sized bathroom. The apartment building was very quiet. Even though it's right next to a major road, it's tucked away enough so that you're not really bothered by the traffic noise. It is also very close to most things you need to get to quickly: several grocery stores are within walking distance, and a few more are less than a ten-minute drive. There are walking paths and golf courses nearby, so there are a lot of opportunities to just get out of the house and take a walk. If you are looking for a year-round stay in Palm Springs, I highly recommend this place.
The property Manager, Florin, has been great. Very prompt in responding to all of my questions and any needs I had when moving in. I have been here about a month now, in a one bedroom and am very happy with the experience so far! Very spacious, great price, great location, clean property, they even had super cute Christmas lights for the holiday! Just a perfect place to call home. :)
