About San Marco Apartments

Beautiful complex in the heart of San Marco. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Our Application Fee is $50.00, and our Admin Fee (otherwise known as our "Redecorating Fee") is $200.00. Both are non-refundable, one-time fees. Must be 21 years old to apply, and at your current occupation for at least 6 months. Must have good, verifiable credit. No evictions, or outstanding balances indebted to other apartment complexes. We currently do not have any availability.
