Property Ratings at San Marin
This was my first apartment and it was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had. The manager Taylor was fantastic she always was available to answer my questions, maintenance was always so quick and easy. I would deff recommend.
Me and my husband just moved in a couple months ago, and we’ve had no problems! Everyone is so welcoming and nice, and maintenance is always there whenever we need them! 10/10 recommend
Staff does a great job in prioritizing everyone’s needs. I don’t feel like a bother when call with an issue. Great first time apartment
Taylor and Amanda were extremely helpful with getting my into my apartment. It was quick and easy and I was able to get into my apartment by the next day. They made the process so seamless and easy. Recommend 10/10
Taylor and Amanda are great! Super helpful! Move in process was super simple and the maintenance staff are always super helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.
Been living here for about 6 months now and I can truly say that this is one of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. Management simply does not care about you after you sign your lease. They do not tend to any maintenance requests that are placed for months at a time unless upper management is contacted (integrity). I have been lied to multiples times by front desk and maintenance employees concerning maintenance requests and servicing deadlines. I would HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Not worth the money or the headaches.
Work orders take months do be addressed and the same “run around” answers are givin when you ask why they have not been completed. It seems that the staff and management could care less about their renters and I would highly suggest spending your money elsewhere.
They offer services to drop off your packages to your apartment.... But only if they like you. I work 2 jobs and am hardly around when they're open. I put in 2 requests to get my package delivered since they'd be closed. Nope. I've been waiting 5 months for a new screen after someone tried breaking in. I'm missing half the racks in my dishwasher and keep getting denied new racks or a new dishwasher. Hard to wash dishes like that. My stove has two settings that work and I've been waiting for a replacement for two months now. When my lease is up, I WILL NOT renew. And Heaven forbid something happens and your rent is bounced ONE TIME, you'll never be able to pay online again. You get charged extra is you pay after 10:00 AM on the 4th.... They don't even open til 10.
Best place I’ve lived here in El Paso! Maintenance and Office is always so attentive and willing to help. The washer/dryer connections are definitely a plus!!
First of all the office workers and the maintenance workers are horrible! They don't care about you they only care for the rent money. They are rude and just don't do their jobs. Never give receipts for rent and they put prices how ever they want never respect what it was supposed to be paid. Apartment rooms are tiny and carpets are disgusting as well as the kitchen and bathroom. The outside is filthy always full of trash. I hate it there and wish I never moved there. I have been waiting for them to "fix" my air sense I moved in April and it's October and it's HOT! Parking lot is bad and the place smells like trash. Just run and don't look back!
The apartment complex is filled with trash everywhere, the laundry room smells like waste and the machines are horrible and do not wash well. The apartments themselves are tiny! Walls are so thin you can hear the next tenant talking! Walls are so old they can't hold the towel racks no matter how much patch up work they do. Carpets are gross and dirty. Kitchen is microscopic!! People in office are rude and very unprofessional. Worst place I've lived.
the apartment is ok walls are paper thin but thats most apts. all they are concerned about here is that their occupancy is over 95% and they don't care about getting your needs taken care of in a timely manner. they also make up their prices and discourage you from relocating into another unit. move here if you need to but youre going to deal with horrible service for your money. i wish i hadnt renewed my lease.
