Terrible management from both the leasing and corporate office. They do not respond or return calls. I’m the winter you will be cold because the heater smells like it’s going to blow up and you have to physically flip the breaker yourself. Also the residents throw trash on the side of the dumpster not inside. But they have a issue with items on the porches but not trash all over the place. And there are roaches.

These apartments are very dirty. The cockroaches and rats walking all around the floors and walls. Bathroom tiles are walls are broken. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven everything is very old and dirty . Not a place to live . The management is so bad.. They are cheaters. I never saw these kind of dirty apartments in my life before.

I read so many negative reviews, but this was one of the few places I could afford, I signed my lease with many doubts, but overall, the apartment was great, I used my own pesticide, and decorated, and so far, 45 days and no issues yet, I had one maintenance request and when I spoke to the manager, she was nice and friendly, I would recommend. I don't mess with anyone, so no one messes with me. My issue was resolved the next day! I have a lovely home, and I do not regret it.
Please Kindly Keep Looking Elsewhere not the right place to stay. Maintenace of the amities is very poor
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They are rat infested!!!!! I wanted to give them a zero but I couldn’t.
They have no maintenance crew on site been complaining about the hole on my floor since February. They don't care about how your living condition is.
Different managements but same result till date. This is the 4th management since I moved in and nothing has changed. The present is even worse because all they care about is the beautification of the apartment buildings in general on the outside, and the renovation of the vacant apartments for new lease. They care not about your wellbeing if you're here prior to their arrival. Go to their office sometimes, you get nobody to attend to you. And when they eventually do,your reasons for going won't be attended to until you go back probably the 20th time to lodge the same complaint. Manager and staff are full of attitude. The previous management staff are far better than present in terms of human relations. So pathetic!
I've been living here for more that a year , the old management was really bad , after the new management came I expected that the service will be better , while it stayed the same they only changed the name to The Park At San Marino while the worst services maintained the same , after you sing the contract they start ignoring you and they never care about residents , even if you submitted a thousand maintenance requests they will never come , while they try to convince you that they came and your request marked completed on the system but they never solved it , the leasing office phone number doesn't work , be aware of all this before you decide to move here .
Great place to live. Even though they yell at her are rude to her Mrs Nora always take the time to address her residents most managers dont. You know when someone takes pride in what they do and the mager here at Woodbridge has the heart for her job.
Am writing to applaud or give more credit to your receptionist..they are dope,i was amazed to see this kind of treatment.it a place to go to.especially ms gloria.keep it up ma'am,i really appreciate how you attended to me.thanks..Henry obi
Woodbridge is a great community to live in, they are very involved with the family’s here as well. If your family oriented or a people person you’d fit in great. Staff are very understanding & helpful too.
So far I’ve enjoyed my stay here at Woodbridge, the staff is very people friendly & the maintenance are great as well. I plan on renewing my lease soon.
The management and leasing were very helpful with all my questions & concerns, I plan on moving forward with Woodbridge and renting there, highly recommended!
Seeiously do not EVER move here unless itbis absolutely your last option. The management does not fix problems and if and when they decide to come, they tinker with the problem, make a mess, and it still wouldn't be fixed, rats and roaches everywhere, mold on the wooden shelves with cracks and crumbs falling everywhere. I have never in my life lived in such a trashier apartment and pray no one has to go through this
I would give this complex 0 if I had the option. I moved there at the end of October from PA. Once we moved in every month they were putting Eviction notices on our door. I would have to go to the office and show them my money orders they would find that my money was put on another account. Then a week later they would state I had a balance of $49 plus late fees. Again I would go in and advise my lease was for $600 a month and in there system it was set up for $649 and they couldn't change it. So every month twice a month I had to go and remind them to move my money and remove the $49. I then got transfered back to PA so I gave my notice. Went into the office with a letter stating after reletting fee was paid, my account balance would be zero. They signed and I paid the fee. Moved to PA and received a collection notice stating I did not pay rent, reletting, gas, water and trash. I call to remind them they always put my money on the wrong apartment #. And they tell me it's in collections they can't help me. I have all documentation as far as receipts and Eviction notices. There is much more, they shut the waterevery two weeks without notice. Wont answer the phones when you call that is why you have to choose interested in renting when you call. They let anyone move in. there is constently police there looking for someone. The other people that live there are not respectful. Example they let their kids through basketball at peoples cars and sit on them. The maintenance staff respond very slowly. Worst and most unorganized apartment complex I have lived in. They are also not willing to fix this. Please do your homework and read the ratings on this place. They are all true.
please Dont waist your time. rats roaches break-ins and hot water barely works. hot water is like a treat for the tenants they lose money orders and never know how much your rent is im not saying this because im mad im saying it because I still live here and can't wait until my lease is over. the police is here almost every night for some type of issue the fresh paint on the buildings just covered up the problems leaking ceilings and all Dont be fooled
DON'T MOVE HERE MANAGEMENT TAKES TOO LONG TO GET ANYTHING DONE. THEY MAKE PROMISES TO HAVE THINGS DONE BY END OF DAY OR NEXT DAY & DOESN'T HAPPEN. I JUST MOVED I 2 MONTHS AGO AND STILL WAITING. I'M MOVING SOON I HAVE MOLD IN MY APARTMENTS AND NO ONE CARES SO I'M OUT
I WOULD NEVER IN MY LIFE LIVE HERE AGAIN. The office staff doesn't care about tenants. They never answer he phone or call back. No emergency matters. Moved in with roaches. Ended up developing bed bugs as well. DO NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE, EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!
Will never tell my worst enemies about these apartments. Never have hot water and they don't fix a thing. You call and no one never answers. Worst apartments ever.
Mice everywhere, they take forever to answer phones. The Manager is careless and just wants your money, not really trying to help, they let just anyone move in, so there are police in them all day every day plus at night.. The foundation is so bad the driveways have potholes, there is never any hot water.. Never any parking.. It's just too much going on these apartments I wouldn't recommend anyone live here AT ALL..
Well, i just move in 7 months ago from the begining teens was stealing cars, selling drugs, also homicides on innocent victims. The apartments look so much better form what they really is. But on the other hand they have nice size one bedroom and they be on time to fix your maintenance problems. They surrounded by metro lines and a shopping center. its in a very nice aera to find good jobs.
The apartments is pretty quiet. Not that much goes on from what I see.
