The staff has terrible customer service. When we went to move in our apartment was filthy, we had mismatched appliances, our washing machine and dryer was miniature, we had broken blinds, several lights were out and again they never cleaned the apartment. When we reached out to the maintenance supervisor on Friday, he informed us that our gross apartment wasn't an emergency and we would have to wait until Monday as the entire office had left early to go to a picnic. Management never reached out to us, even though they were aware of our move in issue, and they refused to refund us our application fees. After finally getting in contact with the manager, we were informed it would take up to 30 days to get a refund of our move in money and admin fee. Still haven't received anything. Please save your money and rent literally anywhere else. Terrible leasing agent, terrible manager, horrible maintenance supervisor and seemingly nonexistent regional supervisor.

We are so sorry to hear that this happened to you. We often remind all residents here at San Marquis to make sure their garage doors remain closed when not in use. Although we are in a beautiful part of Tempe, as well has having both gates and cameras operational a the time of this incident, we must remember that crime has no address. And securing your belongings inside your garage is always important regardless of the properties precautions.
This place is under new management. It is poorly managed. They will charge you a fee for payments made online (even if paid through online checking account). The property management fails to communicate problems. Examples: problems with the gate (residents had to ask for info on why it wasn’t working properly). We only get emails when residents do something wrong. We have been waiting for their Package center to pick up packages. No sign that it is coming soon. Slow maintenance response. Grounds are always muddy. Stay away.

Current resident; property was sold in August 2019. Everything has been down hill since. AMC management is violating leases, the grounds are poorly kept, there is no longer security patrol; stay away.

I love living here. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The complex is well maintained with many amenities such as a gym, pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor grills. Most apartments have their own garages which is great for the hot Phoenix summers. The location is extremely convenient. It is minutes from the freeway and just a stone's throw away from Whole Foods, Target, and Starbucks. It's a gated community and feels very safe. There are also regular events held at the complex for residents. They once even handed out brown bag breakfasts to people as they were leaving for work in the mornings!
