Best complex I have ever lived. Love my apartment and how everyone is so respectful :D Maintenance is always quick to helo out. Also, the spot i am in is so quiet, I enjoy the view of the lake and pool.

I definitely enjoy this apartment complex, the amenities are great, it’s a quiet neighborhood and wonderful modern units. I’m already looking at moving into a one bedroom after this lease ends to stay here longer!

From application to move in, everything was above expectations. Only thing I don’t like right now is getting multiple emails everyday but it’s also nice that a lot of the emails are in attempts to increase community participation and engagement.

I’ve been here for about 6 months already and it’s super calm. The community is super welcoming and everything is always kept nice and clean!

This is a Great place to live ! Maintenance staff are wonderful people and the club house office staff as well . They are always meeting our expectations.

I have been living in this apartment community for 6 months and have been consistently impressed with the cleanliness and overall tranquility of the surroundings. From the moment I moved in, it was evident that maintaining a clean environment is a top priority here. The common areas, including hallways and laundry facilities, are always spotless and well-maintained. The landscaping is beautiful, with manicured lawns and flowers that add to the pleasant atmosphere. In addition to the cleanliness, the residents of this community are incredibly peaceful and respectful. It’s refreshing to live in a place where neighbors are considerate of each other's space, creating a calm and harmonious living experience. I rarely hear noise from outside or from other units, which has made it a perfect haven for relaxation. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment community for anyone seeking a clean and peaceful home. It truly feels like a welcoming and safe environment.

The community is nice along with the apartment complex. Love all the amenities with room for growth. Nice to see so many neighbors from different backgrounds.. and like the various food trucks that come by and the various communities events that happens from time to time

Everything has been pretty good, any issues I have office and maintenance takes care of in a timely manner. Community is always clean and neighbors are pretty quite.

Love the area and the convenience of everything being locally available. The units are beautiful and have new renovations. The amenities are also very useful for my stay

Very quiet and everyone seems very nice. I like how there is enough parking and I like the layout of the complex. The elevator is also super convenient for moving into a new apartment

Thus far it has been an extremely smooth transition to move into my unit. The front office staff is extremely professional and kind. Apartment exceeded my expectations.

Love the apartment, the community, it is frustrating though that the gate always have a problem. Not so much the administration but I know they can get better.

This place has a good community. It’s clean and well kept. When you report issues the maintenance team is quick to resolve the problem. As far as location it’s great, you’re close to pretty much everything. I would definitely recommend this community to a friend.

I love this place! Usually have no issues with anything! The amenities are great and well taken care of! Maintenance comes fast when I put in a request and are very friendly!

We have been here over a year now and we are still loving it! Everyone in the community is so friendly, and when we have an issue it is resolved quickly.

Beautiful place to live. it has a lot of accommodations like a pool Gym, dog park and a beautiful walkway. Apartment A nice and comfortable walls are thick enough to not be disturbed by neighbors and neighbors are lovely and caring.

My move-in experience was not great. Overall I like the community and the amenities. The maintenance employee does a good job. They have food trucks and fun activities.

A bit disappointed in the community management with Pets. Dog poop all over, trash cans all broken and I don't see any type of communications to create awareness on this subject. I've been in this community for over 5 years. Time to move!

Es muy agradable vivir en San Mateo, siempre todo está en orden y la administración es muy amable. Las instalaciones de la piscina y gimnasio son excelentes.

Never move here. Staff are rude. Cleanliness it's getting worse and worse. For each thing that you need for them there is insane app that it's not helpful at all: Packages, gates, order a service. They will make everything more and more difficult, from opening a gate to receiving a delivery. Living here it's hell

I love living here. I have already lived here for a year, and my experience have been great. I go to the pool every week and during summer is very worth it!

San Mateo crossing is a great place to live. It’s been my home for almost 2 years now. I love how widely spread the buildings are with great pond view. The staff is all together great.
