San Mateo Crossing

Been living here for almost 5 years now and I’ve had a great experience with everything. Maintenance is great and it’s a nice central location w/ a good amount of stores, food, and the sunrail is nearby.

The place is amazing awesome quiet fun located in a great area close to everything close to 711 great amenities nice pond great views no crime

Love this apartments, everything it’s clean and quiet, they are well maintained the green areas are very clean. I decide to move to San Mateo because of the good comments I have heard from people

Absolutely good experience, living here more than 2 years, answer all requirements, they try to be comfortable for us. The rent prices are competitive, no one in the area have a similar renting prices.

All my neighbors have been nice and this has been my most favorite place to live. Great services. Not fun when the gate gets broken but otherwise, I love it here

Amazing process. The ladies at the leasing office are always attentive and provide excellent service. It’s always important to have clear communication between the staff and all my concerns were always answered super nice less stress on me.

Nice and clean, with a safe feel to it. Easy access to important information and areas. Staff are friendly, polite and professional. Friendly environment all around.

Everything has been great! Pool, Gym, amenities and especially the staff! Safe and secure property!. Close to everything, no school traffic. A 7-11 and hospital within walking distants

"As a resident of San Mateo Crossings for over two years, the place I now call home, and happy to highly recommend, I'm compelled to speak up about the lack of respect some residents show towards others. I've witnessed firsthand the disregard for our community's rules and cleanliness. Today, I encountered two young male residents by the lake who failed to pick up after their pets, despite my presence. As an elderly woman with a physical condition, I'm dismayed by this lack of consideration. I always clean up after my pet, but these residents seem to disregard the rules and disrespect their fellow residents. Additionally, smoking in non-smoking areas and littering are also persistent issues. I urge those responsible to consider the impact on their fellow residents. We all pay rent and deserve a clean and respectful environment. Our management team works hard to maintain our community, but they can't do it alone. Let's take pride in our home and respect one another. Please, let's work together to keep our community clean and respect the rules. Sincerely, Elizabeth Santelises

Great location, near the airport and all the theme parks. As far as the apartments layout very comfortable. The admin office and maintenance staff very friendly and efficient.

San Mateo Crossings so far has been a good community to live. Location is convenient, near The Loop and the Sunrail. They do a lot of holiday activities for the community. Valet trash is super convenient.

It’s been very good and quite I have no complaints sincerely recommend to everyone to come visit San Mateo apartment. It’s private and safe.

Vivir aqui es super bien, mi mascota disfruta mucho del area del parque al igual que Yo cuando camino las areas verdes. El apto es super amplio y muy comodo.

Todo excelente, cuando necesitamos algo para el apto lo solucionan el mismo día. La atención es buena, solo deben mejorar el gimnasio con mejores máquinas

our move in was super easy and communication with the leasing agent was easy as well, the community and apartment is super gorgeous and all concerns were resolved before move in

Living at San Mateo has been amazing and super calm which is exactly what i've been looking for. The front desk people are always very polite with the residents.

Very clean community. Great maintenance crew. Very quiet community. Location is perfect you're close to a lot of places. My only complaint is the gates are always broken. And people don't clean after their dogs.

Great apartment complex. I would give it a 5 star but the parking situation has been ridiculous. We have very limited parking for guest and residents. The dog park is nice and big. The maintenance crew is helpful and comes pretty quickly to resolve an issue. The leasing office has some very kind workers!

Best complex I have ever lived. Love my apartment and how everyone is so respectful :D Maintenance is always quick to helo out. Also, the spot i am in is so quiet, I enjoy the view of the lake and pool.

From application to move in, everything was above expectations. Only thing I don’t like right now is getting multiple emails everyday but it’s also nice that a lot of the emails are in attempts to increase community participation and engagement.

I have been living in this apartment community for 6 months and have been consistently impressed with the cleanliness and overall tranquility of the surroundings. From the moment I moved in, it was evident that maintaining a clean environment is a top priority here. The landscaping is beautiful, with manicured lawns and flowers that add to the pleasant atmosphere. The community is nice along with the apartment complex. Love all the amenities with room for growth. Nice to see so many neighbors from different backgrounds.. and like the various food trucks that come by and the various communities events that happens from time to time

Everything has been pretty good, any issues I have office and maintenance takes care of in a timely manner. Community is always clean and neighbors are pretty quite.

Very quiet and everyone seems very nice. I like how there is enough parking and I like the layout of the complex. The elevator is also super convenient for moving into a new apartment
