Amazing! My husband and I just moved in with our dogs and we are very happy. The facilities are very well maintained. Some details we had in the apartment were immediately addressed by the maintenance team. The gym is excellent (only one piece of equipment doesn't work, but they are fixing it). A basketball or soccer court would make the place perfect. Even so, we love our new home, and my dogs love going to the dog park. Thank you for all your attention :)

Super cool Cheyanne is the best property manager , the property is great and very affordable everyone on the staff is friendly and considerate
Great area to live. Maintenance crew is amazing and handles service requests quickly. Wish some residents would be mindful of quiet hours late at night or early in the morning (particularly cars with loud engines). I get woken up to the sound of someone starting their muscle car daily. Other than that, I enjoy living at San MIguel :)

I have lived here for about a year and I just love it! The company as a whole are so nice and friendly. The apartment complex is beautiful. They keep up with the maintenance outside to make sure it stays nice. Very safe environment and the pool is a plus! With palm trees around it and a grill for public usage.

Service calls have been very prompt. Neighbors are generally respectful. I rarely hear my neighbors. Pet owners are responsible. I have yet to see poop anywhere.

Good luck finding parking past 5pm. The gym has not had machines that work for over 2 years and nobody puts signs to show they are not working. This is a safety hazard. These apartments aren’t cheap not cheap, but the management could care less. The maintenance guys are more helpful and friendly than the people who work in the main building. They need basic customer service they’re not approachable or helpful.

San Miguel is affordable. It offers great space. The amenities are amazing! Super close to just about anything you need (grocery stores, restaurants, UTSA and even Six Flags). Love the pool and the staff!

I recently moved into this apartment, and overall, my experience has been mostly positive. The apartment was clean upon arrival, and everything seems to be in working order. I haven’t encountered any live roaches, though I did notice one dead one, which wasn’t a major issue. However, I’ve noticed that my closet has a persistent smell of weed, likely coming from neighbors, which is a bit annoying as it affects my clothes. Aside from that, things have been good so far.

San Miguel floor plans are very beautiful, big and I like the layout. The bathtubs are huge and the washing machine and dryer is inside the apartment which makes it easier to assess

I love it so far! The only gripe I have is that the walls are pretty thin and I unfortunately have neighbors that love to blast their music at all hours, but everything about my apartment itself and the complex are amazing!

The complex is well maintained and the apartments are great square footage for the price. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues and the front desk is always very helpful. We live on the third floor and have not had any issues with bug infestations or mold. We called the front desk as soon as we spotted a bug and they sent someone from pest control right away and we haven't had issues since. Some cons is that the water is very hard and will leave build-up on everything, I would recommend getting filters for the showers and sinks. Our apartment is also not updated and is showing some wear and tear as the buildings are older. Parking can be kind of tricky depending on where in the complex you live as some of the buildings don't have a ton of spots nearby. Overall we really like living here, we love our space and are appreciate the support of the team here.

Not a bad place to live. It’s centrally located from most San Antonio areas, so that’s nice. The gym is a nice size also. The renovations are nice.

Whether its been downstairs neighbors literally vibrating my apartment because their music is so loud or my upstairs neighbor vibrating my apartment because they walk so loud/the floors are so thin... or constantly dealing with bugs even though I have had multiple pest treatments done to my apartment... unfortunately, I have rarely known true peace while living here. The price of rent was the only saving grace of this complex.

I will be living here going on a year in January and it has been great. I have enjoyed the community get togethers and the maintenance staff is AMAZING! They are very timely with any repairs or service needed.

San Miguel made it easy moving from Austin to San Antonio with apps that easily connected services like WiFi, electric and forwarded our mail. There are so many perks here with rent reporting and flex to help build/improve credit. My family is happy about this move. Thanks for an easy process.

Major problem is that people who are not even on the lease take all the parking spaces, so it makes it difficult for residents to even find a parking past 4pm it’s ridiculous lol. I judge whether I should go somewhere based on the time bc of the parking situation.

Decent amenities, maintenance staff are good but will hardly come by if you just put in a request, you’ll also have to call the front desk after about a week of being ignored.

I recommend these apartments complex to everyone. Its family friendly. I dont have pets but it's also pet friendly, for dogs and cats. The area is beautiful.

Overall my experience as a resident has been great, I havent had any problems with my apartment and the community. The maintenance staff is very friendly and quick to finish work orders. great job guys !

Just moved in and we love it here! My puppy loves the dog park! I love how big the gym is! Will definitely refer my friends! We got the basic unit but still very nice for the price we’re paying!

I love it here, my mom loves it here and we feel safe. Love the view and feels good for a new scenery. Very quiet and enough space for both me and my mom.

Once again disappointed with San Miguel. They don’t take the trash when we pay monthly for trash valet and I emailed multiple times because the active building account doesn’t work and the problem hasn’t been resolved. My last emailed has not been replied to. So that’s awesome I guess.
