I recently moved into an apartment here from out of state. Everyone in the office is extremely nice and helpful especially Heather and Emily. The apartments are clean and I feel safe here. Maintenance is timely with requests. I would recommend moving here.

We have lived here 15 years now, and couldn't be happier. Judy, the office staff, and maintenance crew are all very friendly, and efficient. The apartment is roomy with open modern design and the crown molding adds an elegant touch.
I moved to Las Vegas about 1 year ago, and was not sure about the neighborhoods. I had a friend recommend the San Mortiz Apartments on Washington Avenue, and it has been a good choice. They have 3 pools and a weight room. The apartments are kept up, and the people are friendly. The maintenance team does a great job of responding to requests in 1 day. The office staff is very helpful. They could use more convenient hours during the week; 8 to 5 pm. But they are open on Saturdays. They are planning to get credit card payments available which would be awesome; love those mileage points on my card! It's a gated community with security, but the area is more upscale anyway. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to live on the Westside of town.
If you are looking for a convenient location, reasonable monthly rent, and a safe, pleasant environment in Las Vegas, then the San Moritz Apartments may be for you. Conveniently located just north of the Summerlin Parkway with easy access to Route 95 and I-15, this gated complex has good security, lovely landscaping, and a friendly and responsive office and maintenance staff. The large number of long-term residents adds to the stability of the community. No dogs allowed makes it quieter and multiple swimming pools means us swimmers can avoid the splashers! I have lived here for two years, going on three, and have not found anything better. There are a variety of apartment layouts (I have one of the two choices of 2-bedroom layouts) and, of course, covered parking (you want that in Vegas!).
These apartments are beautifully desert landscaped and maintained impeccably as well. The maintenance is not only outdoors but indoors also. The call to fix something is immediately addressed and this location is very convenient to shopping, groceries and public transportation. I couldn't as for a better place to live.
