Property Ratings at San Palacio Luxury Apartment Community
The place looks nice and has great amenities. However, like other reviews you may see people are overly sensitive about noise. I could not watch TV without complaints. Management seemed to side with the person with the complaint rather then verifying that the noise was unreasonable. This put me in a position where I had to live my life according to their wishes and needs. It was funny because they got to keep the dog they were not supposed to have. The people below me finally moved and the place improved. Now on to up charges. This place has plenty. Building fee, valet trash and lets not for get the change in rent after the lease ends. I went from $874 to $1262. Yeah $1262 is what they think will keep me here. Do your self a favor and find a new place in the area for the same money that caters to young professionals. Pest control occurs very often and for good reasons. I have had a trifecta of pest, spiders, roaches and wasps. My place had to be bombed to get the roaches out. In closing the Chandler area has a housing surplus. Business in the area did not pick up the way investors though. This apt should be no more than $975 ever. Other places have better work out rooms, and pools. Don't let that lure you in. Get a new place or buy a house at these rental prices especially for such a super average place.
I have lived here for 2.5 years. I have been very happy here. I have not had many issues with the apartment. The few times I have, they have been taken care of very quickly. The staff is very friendly. My neighbors are pretty quite. I am right by the volleyball court, which is used all the time. It is an active community. I see people at the pool or volleyball court almost every day. I chose apartments that do not get a lot of direct sunlight to reduce cooling/heating costs. My energy bill for the summers is around $80 for a 850 sq ft apartment. I usually keep it around 74 degrees. Gas bill is usually around 20-30 in summer and $30-50 during winter. My apartment has a gas range and gas water heater. Each time I have renewed my contract, the monthly rate has increased around $50. If you want a "premium view" which is a view of the volleyball court or pool, it is extra.
From the office staff to the excellent maintenance service this is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! The grounds are beautifully maintained, the pools are always clean and the staff is always willing to go above and beyond for any needs you might have. Maintenance always shows up when asked. I always feel very safe in this beautiful gated community. It is easy access to the 101 and there are plenty of great restaurants within a mile. I would highly recommend San Palacio to anyone!!
While looking for an apartment they were very helpful and made my renting an easy process. I have been here over a year. Just renewed my lease. The office persons all are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone looking, rent here.
I've lived at my apartment now for about month. I moved from Chicago, IL to Chandler, AZ, so I did everything online. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful. I was nervous at first because all I had were the pictures to go off on, but the apartment is exactly how the pictures show. Pros: When I came to the apartment, it was clean, everything was in good working order, and they even put two water bottles in the refrigerator with our names on them. The pool and work out center are 24/7. It is a gated community, so it requires a remote to open the gates from 6pm-5am. A beautiful park/playground area in the middle. They offer valet garbage. I am extremely pleased. Downsides: the water pipes in the wall rattle loudly whenever we use the hot water...I can also hear my neighbors' going whenever they use theirs when I'm in my bedroom. Also, people in the dog parks don't clean up after their pets, so be careful around those areas (but that isn't San Palacio's fault)
