WARNING !!!!!! Do not apply here , the reviews are true ! I wish I had payed attention to the comments before about San Remo .. it’s literally roach infested ! I signed my lease on a Monday I was out that Wednesday.. though the owners are very much aware they DONT CARE!! don’t waste your time, they don’t have to live in it so why should they! I couldn’t get my money back . San Remo is a ripoff and very misleading!! BE AWARE

Plumbing issues, leaking roof for months, pest control issues, terrible maintenance and management, water always being shut off at the most inconvenient times, toilet floods due to raining....The worse decision you could make. And what puts the icing on the cake is that you can do report after report and they’ll lie on their website and say that they fixed it and will never have stepped foot in your apartment. Please think before you choose these apartments to move into especially if you have little ones.

Been better since the new company took over but the amenities is taking forever to get done and they still want us to pay a full price rent that’s my only draw back have to find a laundry mat to go to and on hot days a pool because the renovations has simply stop was told it will be done before the summer and it’s almost over and haven’t seen a worker out there in almost a month
Everything from Rats, MOLD , a.c. issues, plumbing/sewer issues, cockroaches, broken appliances, glass all in the road through out the complex, trash over flowing garbage cans. New management got stuck with a property that needs to be condemned. The kids try to break in your mailbox. It's TERRIBLE .
DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE LIVING WITH KING SIZE RATS !!! YES MASTER SPLINTERS EVERYWHERE !! THERE ARE EVEN DEAD RATS OUTSIDE THE APARTMENTS !! THEY NEVER FIXED ANYTHING !! THE TRASH COMPACTORS ARE ALWAYS FULL. YOU REQUEST PEST CONTROL AND THEY WILL PUT YOUR NAME ON THE LIST BUT NO ONE WILL EVER SHOW !! ALL THEY DO IS COLLECT RENT MONEY AND DONT FIX ANYTHING !! IF I COULD GIVE IT "0" STARS I WOULD PLEASE PLEASE TAKE HEED IN THE REVIEWS !! THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR HARD WORKING PEOPLE AND AN ENVIRONMENT FOR KIDS !! I have called them twice for the rent contract application!! they asked for an Email address to send the application but nothing happened!!! I think I'm lucky for not living in this poor place.
If I could give these apartments 0 stars , I would give them less than that . I have lived in many places in my life including sin city and this is still the worst . I thank God my lease is up . The office staff are crooks who only care about your money being paid on time or they slap a "threatening note " with a $100 fee tacked on to what you owe . The maintenance staff is a bunch thugs who walk around aimlessly all day smoking weed and walking in and out of people's apartments with food .THEY FIX NOTHING CORRECT . My stove was broke for a week and they replaced it with an older version , only 2 out of my four burners work and the oven temperatures are wrong so you have to guess when your food is done . The water gets turned off anytime they feel like it and the water pressure is horrible . PEST CONTROL NEVER COMES. They spray only once before you move in and that's all . The pipes are old everywhere especially in the kitchen. In the past couple of days , my kitchen has flooded everyday. It smells like sewer water and the water is almost always black. Recently , the pipe broke off so I can't do dishes in my kitchen .BUGS ARE EVERYWHERE IN THE KITCHEN AREA. And last but certainly not least , the area where the A/C unit is has a dripping washer and dryer connection . We have done everything possible to stop it but stopped after we were ignored . There is now a huge hole in the wall from where the mold ate through the wall and exposed the moldy and broken pipes. Not to mention , my closet has flooded several times , destroying many of my clothes, shoes , and luggage. All things that they won't replace and I have tried to sue before but after my attorney informed me that if I did , I would have to pay for the apartments attorney as well ! The only thing I can do is file a suit saying they violated health and building codes .I have never had to deal with this in my life.DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
