San Sebastián is a lovely 55 community. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and medical facilities. They have an abundance of activities to meet everyone’s interests. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and secure. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

San Sebastian community is a nice place to live, whether you're an active or non-active tenant. The environment is warm and welcoming. The amenities are great, and the staff are always friendly and ready to lend a hand, ensuring every resident feels valued and supported. Although I have reservations about how management handles certain issues, sometimes suggesting double standards, I must acknowledge their effort and dedication to making residents feel welcome. The community offers a variety of activities catering to diverse interests, fostering social interaction and a sense of belonging. The apartments are beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with modern conveniences, except the washing machine (old fashion). Depending on which direction your apartment is located it could be very noisy. If you're looking for a place that balances convenience, comfort, and a strong sense of community, I recommend considering San Sebastian community.

San Sebastian in itself, is a beautiful building. Our apartment challenges Montage in its appeal and comfort. In addition to the beautiful building and Montage type suite, it's the people who make this place great. From Naomi on down, everyone is not only helpful in every respect, but enjoy doing so. San Sebastián is perfectly located. Near everything! Just fleshly painted a beautiful white and has a lovely courtyard. It's quite...safe and has nice amenities.

Great place. Apartments spacious, building quiet, some activities that are offered by mgmt. or we create. Great mix of residents, many retirees looking for friendships. Extremely convenient Saddleback Hospital, all kinds of medical services, shopping, beaches, restaurants, etc.

San Sebastian has a convenient location. Walk-able distances to pharmacy, local organic grocery, post office, banks and local farmer's market. The property is nice and well maintained aesthetically. The maintenance crew are very responsive and have good customer service skills.

I have enjoyed living here for more than twelve years but as time goes by it becomes apparent that at some point in time I may be priced out of here but I will stay as long as I can afford to.

We are living here for 2 years in a 2 bed, 2 bad apartment. The new community manager is really nice we are happy to have her here. The whole San Sebastián team is always nice and professional. If you have to place a service request, you can do it online, by phone or visit the office. The management takes care of it very fast.
