I only had an outside view of the property because I was denied as a renter. I was able to see the prospective apartments and I wish I was approved. Having only worked at my job for a year, I guess I didn't make adequate income - I should have included my other on-call job, but I didn't. I also shared a house with a friend that's rented in his name. My last apartment rental was back in 2016 so I don't have a current rental history. My credit score is over 700. Too bad that doesn't matter. Apartment looked great, employees were very nice, and they missed out on a great tenant.

I have lived here over 5 years and have absolutely loved my stay here at San Tropez. Tiffany, Jovie and the rest of the staff have made living here feel like family. Anytime I've had a maintenance request its been dealt with promptly. The gym here is unmatched, the pools (2) are so nice, the grounds always feel safe and they are constantly cleaning and tidying the grounds. I know that sometimes people come to these review spots to complain, but when I moved here I looked at 30 different places, and I could not be happier with where I chose. Every person I know that works here gives it their all. Highly recommend!!!

As a prospective tenant, I enjoyed the facilities and was excited to apply. Although I did not have recent rental history, I assumed I would still be approved and have a high security deposit. I am making more than 3x rent, have excellent credit, and have no eviction or criminal history. I spoke with a fill-in leasing specialist and the leasing manager prior to apply describing my situation but was still under the impression that I would be approved if applied. To my surprise, I was denied for "not working long enough" and not having recent enough rental history. If those were the requirements for getting approved, it should have been stated clearly on the application. I feel gypped and led astray for being denied as if they would encourage anybody and everybody to apply to pocket the application fees. An application shouldn't have been necessary if I was denied at first glance and didn't even need to go through any credit or background check.

I miss living here. I left to move in with my husband and i HATE where i live now. San Tropez is clean, cares about their tenants, and fixes things in a timely manner. I'd move back in a heartbeat if I wasn't in a lease.

The San Tropez is nice place to live as far as apartments life is concerned. The staff is helpful. The pools are clean. The gym is more than adequate.
I have been living here for over a year, which I recently renewed my lease. This complex is clean, has an amazing gym, never had a complain about neighbors. The only reason I gave it four stars is because even though most of office staff is friendly one of the managers is rude at times and not friendly at all. I really don't deal much with her, but the few times have not been impressive. I would record this place.
My apartment is very nice, clean, have nice neighbors, I'm a realtor, starving, I had to pick up a waitress job to make ends meet, I'm a single mother, raising a daughter, I work about 65 hours a week, I give my time to the animal foundation, I'm a very good person and if I was able to win, it would change my life forever, I could pay off bills and save money maybe for my retirement which I have none. I just turned 51 years old and have been on my own forever, I do the best I can, would love to win, thank you!!
Have multiple people smoking drugs outside and making it smell horrible. Leasing assistant is friends with both neighbors so nothing ever gets done
Haven't lived in a apartment in 18 years, this apartment complex made my transition very easy the friendly staff is very attentive to fixing all things on the property . Lots of big trees looking outside each balcony for privacy . To swimming pools a nice clean workout room, I have access to three huge strip malls inside of seven minute drive, and it is only 12 miles from the fabulous Las Vegas strip
I love living at my apartment complex! It has two great pools and an awesome workout gym that's open 24 hours!
