About Sanborn Crossing Apartments - 62+ Community

Sanborn is a 62 and over Low Income Housing Tax Credit Property. Income and age restrictions apply to qualify for all units. We look forward to helping you with an apartment. We do credit checks (675 Credit Score) and criminal background checks on all applicants. We do not charge to fill out an application and we do not accept any money to hold an Unit. Office hours are from 9-3. We look forward to seeing you and providing beautiful, safe and affordable housing unit for you. Sanborn is managed by MOST Property Management, PO Box 438, Auburn, NH 03032.
