The leasing team is really friendly and helpful. The move-in and lease signing process was as easy as it could. The apartments are updated and well- maintained and the community is very nice.
Love our beautiful apartment, grounds and amenities are top notched. Office staff and maintenance staff are always responsive and do a wonderful job. Great place to live.
Sanctuary at Daytona truly is a sanctuary. At first, I was skeptical of the name. But the peace and beauty of the facility is true. Both the office and maintenance staffs are wonderful, and the other residents are friendly without being intrusive. When I turn in the driveway to the complex, I feel happy coming back to my home.

Very simple move in process, including scheduling tours, signing the leases, and coming to agreements. the amenities are very nice and well maintained and the apartments are very cozy!

Sanctuary at Daytona is a Luxurious community, and renting a unit here gives me my own slice of paradise within the newly constructed environment. It's very tropical, we have a pool and propane grills, as well as a decent fitness center. I am happy to be a resident of such a nice community, and I admire the designers of this complex; well done.

The neighborhood was very well designed inside and out. I recently moved here from out of state, and I must say I feel like I’m living a luxurious vacation from home. High quality unit, and my favorite part is the kitchen, but the smoke alarms can be sensitive when cooking steaks in the oven as the oil likes to smoke, but opening the windows seems to prevent having an alarm scare. I have no complaints, only satisfaction with the property, its management, and maintenance crews. - Building 4

Honestly it's a perfect fit. Close to all the shops and airport, yet far enough we don't get the noise and traffic! The apartments are beautiful and have alot of room to stretch out. And the pool area is the best setup to unwind and relax iv had access to.

We are very impressed with the community staff, especially Samantha our leasing agent. She helped walk us through our online application and leasing.
