So far as we have just moved in the transition has been very easy. The staff has been very helpful and responsive to any communication. Looking forward to a great new home.
Renters on the second and third floors need to be more aware of area’s on their decks that contain any plants, bird feeders, and water containers that leak onto patio areas of residents below them. This is extremely rude not to care about what you are dumping on residents below you. This stuff goes everywhere onto your patio furniture, the patio floor in your coffee which has happened to me! Have some respect for your neighbors and clean up you act!

Great experience and helpful services provided with great amenities.The employees were nice and friendly and always provided an answer to any question i had and any maintenance request were resolved quickly.
Sanctuary at Powell Place has been a great place to live. It is a great community for young families and very walkable. Maintenance is quick to respond and friendly.
Maintenance people are great. They come right away when needed. Neighbors are quiet and complex in clean. There are enough parking spaces. Ready for the pool to be open for the summer.
The staff is great. The property is clean and well maintained. With many amenities. The surrounding area is nice too. Close to highways, grocery stores and schools.
A clean, quiet community. I feel very safe living in the complex and walking around in the surrounding areas. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live.
I am really enjoying the neighborhood; there are lots of kids and dogs, and being near a park is great. The location being close to downtown Pittsboro is nice. I'm enjoying the apartment, especially the kitchen. My kids enjoy the clubhouse. Sometimes the clubhouse is closed when it's supposed to be open and sometimes my trash doesn't get picked up, but those are the only complaints.
We started having problems with our AC in January of this year. We placed a maintenance request, they came by and assured us it was fixed. As of today (5/14) we have now placed four requests for the same problem, yet they keep telling us that it’s fixed when they come by. Called emergency maintenance today (5/14) and it’s now been over an hour with no show, no contact. It’s already pushing close to 80 degrees in the apartment, and it’s going to hit 90 in the next few days. Unacceptable.

Although a little pricey this apartment was totally worth it. We have loved our time here. It’s quiet, no drama, and safe. I always felt comfortable walking my dog after dark if needed. I felt well informed of the things going on. The clubhouse was really great although I didn’t really frequent the pool. Totally worth the drive if you work in the city. Can’t not recommend enough.

Yes, this is a great place to call it a home. It is nice and spacious with a lot of storage/closets and new/modern fixtures. The staff is very helpful and always available(office hours). The location is great/safe for walking. The pool is nice and clean right now, I am not sure how it will be when all 260 units are filled. When applying to move-in, please ask for all the other fees and bills. There is an amenity fee, apartment location fee, water bill, and electricity bill. Century-Link is the only internet supplier. In the past we used Time-warner which worked better for our internet needs. You will have to store your kids bikes and scooters either inside your apartment or out in the open bike stands(provided). You will be constantly hearing the vehicle passing on highway 64. Once the lockdown is lifted, I am not sure how the exit will work during the rush hours for the apartment residents and the homes that are in this area, since there is only one exit that is to 15/501.

Your floorplan (the Haven) does have tons of closets throughout. We will have garages for rent if you do need additional outdoor storage. Sanctuary at Powell Place is absolutely beautiful! Its a brand new apartment community! I have lived here one month. I am in love with my apartment. This apartment actually feels like home! The staff is magnificent...the ladies are super friendly and accommodating! The amenities are incredible! The property is super pet friendly! This has been by far my most favorite apartment I have ever lived in. The location of the property is set in a residential neighborhood; great area to walk your dog. Easy access to hwy 64 and 15/501.
