Property Ratings at Sanctuary Lofts
Sanctuary Lofts has gorgeous units, but the management is horrible. The washer in the Rectory has been broken for months and they can't give me any information on when it will be fixed. They post bills weeks after they are due and send you late notices. They also refuse to answer any questions about why water/gas bills are vastly different month to month.
Property Manager at Sanctuary Lofts, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for your experience with the washer at Rectory. We attempted to repair it various times with no success and it has since been replaced. Residents are very happy with the brand new machines! The water/gas bills are generated through our property management database and Welcome Home Property Management does not dictate how these charges are allocated. The system divides the total water bill amongst the residents based on the square footage of the apartments. We apologize if this was not properly communicated to you. If you have any other questions or concerns please reach out to reach out to your property manager for further assistance.
