I’m so glad to have found Sandhurst Apartments. The apartments are beautifully updated. Any issues maintenance is quick to help resolve! Property manager is phenomenal! Any questions, concerns, she is more than willing to help! The location is great! Close to shopping, food, entertainment, and close to the interstate! Feel safe at this location! Glad to call home!

We LOVE living at Sandhurst. It is close to everything in the North part of town and easy to get on the interstate. The staff at Sandhurst is the absolute best. Tiffany is super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She is quick to respond to any needs and address any issues we have. They keep the outside looking fresh and the are quick to address any needs in the community. We truly enjoy our quite community.

My apartment is filled with black mold. All the rooms and the closets are also filled with mold. I have complained several times and the property manager keeps putting the blame on us.

Renewed my lease for a third year of living here. Units are cozy yet good sized for the price and any maintenance issues are dealt with in a very timely manner. Tiffany has been extremely wonderful and helpful with the lease renewal process.

Quiet setting, the pricing is a little high for the area but offers updates throughout. It's also a convenient location, close to all shopping, restaurants and the local colleges. The apartments are quiet and hidden back from main road areas.

Great place to live, they are renovating and doing it right. A little more expensive than some apartments in the area but this place is so worth it! The upgrades to the hallways & units make this feel luxurious and a great place to call home in Zanesville.

We toured, applied and moved in the same day! The property manager was beyond friendly and knowledgeable, she also helped setup our resident app and showed us how to navigate the system. The community is peaceful, well taken care of and the buildings look fresh and updated.

To say the property is stunning doesn't do it justice enough. This community is well maintained, making it noticeable from Northpoint. The staff was very friendly, easy going and really enjoys the property and the tenants. The property manager praised about the community, the benefits of renting and should be all the uogrades throughout the unit and the building. This should be rated Zanesville's number 1 amartment community!

I scheduled a tour and the property did not disappoint. The staff is very knowledgeable & friendly. The grounds are very well kept & beautiful. The units are nice sized & offer lots of closets giving plenty of storage space. The kitchen has tons of cabinets offering alot of kitchen storage. Overall the property was beautiful, quiet and worth the price.

The Property Manager was very Helpful, and friendly during the whole process!! She Answered every question I had, and made the process really easy and fast. The environment was well kept, and clean.

The apartments are a little pricey for Zanesville but the upgrades to the units & the buildings make it worth it. I love the color scheme they are using and the location. Excited for one of the new units to become available to move in!

I toured this property and find it so cute! I'm going to be moving to the area for school and this was the ideal location. The community is super quiet and i love that it is tucked away from everything. It's super close to the college which makes this the ideal location for me.

These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and property manager are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

I toured today as I may be moving to the area for a possible new position. The property manager was very informative, friendly and made the experience fun as I was dreading having to tour. I love the renovated unit we toured. Definitely updated and priced lower than Columbus area where I'm currently residing. I will definitely move in if I land this new job!

The cost is ridiculous, they tell you what you can and can’t have on your balcony, takes forever to have a repair done and every single property manager there has been has just been rude and awful. I will not be renewing my lease

These apartments are undergoing major work and they look fantastic. The property was clean and the prices were right for the product. Charity was so much help. I am moving from Kentucky for work and do not know much about the area. She was able to tell me all about the school district and the area. I was worried about moving so far away, but touring this place gave me peace of mind.

The community is nice, quiet and in a great area. Friendly staff and newly updated units.

This company does not care about there renters took 5 months to remove black mold, never got a deduction on my rent I pay for a two bed room had access to one l, I am also insulin dependent and I had to live out of a dorm size refrigerator for two months. I am currently dealing with the worse neighbors above have complained multiple times nothing has been done so took matters in my own had now I am consider hostile because I yelled at them to stop the kid from running. I will not be signing another lease and for the amount of rent they are charging is Ridiculous

Staff was excellect, they've recently been remodeling all of the units and they are in beautiful conditon. Exactly what I was looking for!!

I have lived in sandhurst for just a couple of months and it’s probably the best place I have ever lived . Great management and maintenance requests are taken very seriously. The place is kept very neat and maintained . :)

The Sandhurst community is close to all the shopping and restaurants this town has to offer. For being so close to the city, it’s still quiet. If you have furry friends, they allow you to have them which is difficult to find in a rental.

This place has completely renovated some of the units to be very pretty and modern. Maintaince responds promptly. So close to Maple Ave and parking is great. Amanda - property manager - is also very helpful and responsive. If you’re looking for a place in the area - come check it out.

Moved into a newly renovated unit and they are gorgeous! Grounds are well kept and the new management company seems vested in the community. Recommend it to anyone looking in the Zanesville area.
