Prices keep increasing.
The apartments are ok. Decent size. We rent a two bedroom until downstairs. Recently there was landscaping and painting done to the outside of the building. The rent already increased our first year there. Now the increase has doubled. I think the improvement would have been better of done to the units on the inside, there was actually nothing wrong with the outside but the units could use some updating. That would have justified that much of an increase for me. Bottom line this place is not worth what they're asking and I'm sure they'll just raise the rent even more next year. My advice if you're going to pay that much at least make the amenities nice for people where they spend most of their time. In their apartment.
