Property Ratings at Sandstone Creek
Great apartment. I love my layout. The staff is always quick and so helpful. I moved into a clean, spacious home. The grounds are always clean.
We had the maintenance guys come over last week. They fixed our problems (ice maker and heater) quickly and efficiently. We also appreciate how quickly they are cleaning up the leaves this year.
Nice community. Big spacious apartments. Playground is a plus so is the dog park. Jacuzzi tubs. Fitness center and pool are nice. Great area, lots of shopping.
Sandstone Creek is the first place I’ve called home in the USA, and it’s a truly calm and peaceful community. The surroundings are serene, making it an ideal place for relaxation and unwinding. One of the things I enjoy the most here is playing cricket with my neighbors, which is a great way to stay active and connected. The gym in the community is a source of motivation for me, helping me stay focused on my fitness goals. However, my favorite spot in Sandstone Creek has to be the swimming pool side. It's the perfect place to relax, soak up some sun, and enjoy the quiet atmosphere.
One of the best communities to live in.its my second year here in sandstone , overall a good experience to stay here and the staff and maintenance are very respectful and they help very quickly .
Love the area, personnel, activities, new amenities. Still needs some stuff done but are working on those. Only complaint is the gates and people not obeying traffic laws.
Their communication is not clear and they do not let us know of some renovations or changes in advance. For example, we were not told ahead of time that the package room was going to be closed off due to newly painted floors, and I wasn’t sure where to get my package from. We were also not told ahead of time that the pool would close for the season a few days earlier, due to renovating for their new pool deck. Some things are communicated, but not everything. It is helpful to know about these kinds of things before they happen rather than finding out AS they are happening. There is also no sense or feel of community with other residents here. There are no events such as pool parties or holiday parties to get to know our neighbors. Other than these things, the amenities that are included are great and the staff is great when they do communicate about things ahead of time (such as letting us know when pest control is entering our unit) and when they do answer our calls and emails.
Por enquanto , não estou satisfeito! Minha comodidade precisa de reparos, solicitei isso antes da minha mudança, e até agora nada foi feito! Gostaria de saber quando isso vai mudar.
Today was supposed to be an exciting day as it was my move-in date for the apartment, but unfortunately, it turned out to be very disappointing. When I received the keys and went to the apartment, it was in a terrible state. There were leaves scattered all over the house, and the window blinds had been replaced but the boxes were left inside. It was disheartening to see the apartment in such a condition. If the apartment wasn’t ready, they should have communicated and rescheduled the move-in date instead of handing over the keys and claiming it was ready. This lack of preparedness and attention to detail has left a very negative impression. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures a better experience for future residents.
Sandstone is a great place to live with convenient location, good amenities, and friendly management. However, parking can be tricky and noise levels vary. Overall, I'd recommend it for a balanced living experience.
Moving into Sandstone Creek has been a truly positive experience for us. From day one, the welcoming atmosphere has made us feel right at home. The neighborhood is serene, with beautifully maintained landscapes that create a refreshing environment for walks and outdoor activities. We’ve quickly discovered that the community is friendly and inclusive, with neighbors always willing to lend a hand or share a conversation. The amenities are well-kept and accessible, adding convenience and enjoyment to our daily routines. It’s a relief knowing that security is a priority here, providing a sense of safety for our family. Overall, Sandstone Creek offers a perfect blend of tranquility and community spirit, making it an ideal place to settle in and feel truly at home.
I've lived in this apartment community for nearly an year, and overall, it's been a great experience. The community is well-maintained, and the grounds are always clean and nicely landscaped. One of my favorite aspects is the amenities is the gym, it's fantastic and kept in great condition, making it easy to relax or exercise without having to go far from home. The management team has been helpful and responsive, especially when it comes to maintenance requests. Any issues I've had (like [plumbing issues, appliance repairs, etc.]) were addressed quickly, usually within a day or two, which has really made a difference. The location is convenient, close to [public transit, grocery stores, parks, etc.], which makes getting around easy. Parking can sometimes be a challenge if you come home late, but overall it’s manageable.
Great place to live! Great people! Awesome things to do. Great layout of apartment. Nice items on property. Awesome gym and pool area for the complex.
Great community! So far it’s been pretty quiet. Of course there is traffic which you have to expect. No problems parking since I have a garage. It great that that’s an option!
Maintenance is a joke. Moved in and noticed bathroom sink in hallway leaked and toilet in our room leased. We called and let them know the second day of being here. We were told since it’s a two bed two bath that we can just use one and the other for a while. Trash valet is not consistent, if does not get picked up regularly during the designated time and days to do so.
Communication is not great. They closed the pool over a month early and didn’t let us know in advance that it would be closed for good. Construction happened twice in the same spots and within a month of each other, without letting us know at all until the second time the construction was happening. The car maintenance center rarely has a hose. They got rid of the printers in the business center without telling anyone. We pay for all of these things, but they either aren’t functioning half of the time, and/or there is no communication.
The maintenance teams will sometimes only put the bare minimum in fixing issues. Otherwise it’s an okay apartment complex to rent from that is semi-affordable.
It’s loud at night and I constantly have to tell the neighbors to go inside their apartment because they stand in front of my door yelling on the phone. The neighbors smell all the time, it took forever to get access to the gym and other amenities that use the key fob. There’s nowhere to walk around there.
We just moved recently until now its good. The leasing office people helping us everything good except one lady.Apart from her the remaining people responding very well .
It's an okay place to live. Office can't help with problems you have to see the manager and then it takes a while before you get help. Had a problem for over 2 months. Other people who live here tell me the same thing. They promise to get it taken care of and nothing happens. Finally came out did the jobs half way and reported it done
Intial impression of the house is good, while using all the things will letting us know. It's ok there are some of the things still need to fix.
Best homes for family and friends Cleanness, lighting and everything. Especially rooms are very impressive Furniture is good and quick response from management
We enjoy living here at Sandstone Creek. We have been here now for three yrars. The staff members are so friendly and willing to assist with any needs. The maintenance staff is extremely efficient with any maintenance issues.
I have been with sandstone creek apartments for more than four years already and I really enjoyed living in a safe and secured neighborhood.
just loved this place . cant be think better than this for what i am spending . nice home and ambience. loved my surroundings. excellent maintenance around.
Good spacious environment around the community and clean rooms and a very good place to stay and good maintenance team in the community and friendly staff
Things are going well here at Sandstone. The pool is getting a makeover and looks great. Last month, our entire building underwent some preventative maintenance to keep certain pests away.
It is nice, pleasant community to live in a prime location. The apartments are clean, spacious and as well as the community is safe and peaceful. With the recent renovation works going on I hope that the gym and swimming pool are improved. The leasing office associates are kind and always ready to help unless they're short staffed.
Black mold still in my apartment. Spraying killz over mold doesn't get rid of mold. Neighbor up above has been in her unit for several years and has reported and nothing has been done
Moved in recently and everyone was very welcoming! The space is renovated and quite nice. The community is very quiet but alive!! No complaints so far. I love the patio and the garage space.
Safe and secure community with beautiful homes and quick maintenance services , gives complete homely environment with play area and gated community
Maintenance was good and the leasing team are friendly. The community was maintained clean and neat. The only thing i thought if the community has a indoor pool and some spacious gym and equipment would be very great
I’ve had a positive experience living at Sandstone Creek Apartments. The location is convenient, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The amenities, including the fitness center and pool, are well-maintained and add great value. My apartment itself is spacious and modern, with updated appliances and a comfortable layout. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the management team is friendly and professional. Overall, it's a great place to live, offering both comfort and convenience.
The community looks and feels great to live in. Only downside being the parking space. It's just not adequate. Maintenance and everything else is okay. Spacious and good ambiance
I've had a mostly positive experience living at Sandstone Creek Apartments. The community is well-maintained, and the management team is quick to address any maintenance issues, which is a huge plus. The apartments themselves are spacious, with good-sized rooms and decent appliances. The neighbors are friendly, contributing to a welcoming environment. However, there are a couple of downsides. Parking can be a real hassle, especially in the evenings when it's nearly impossible to find a spot due to the high number of residents. Additionally, the electricity bills tend to be on the higher side, possibly because some of the appliances are a bit outdated. Overall, Sandstone Creek is a good place to live, but there are a few areas where improvements could make it even better.
Not a great place to live. If you want a good nights sleep don’t come here. People are constantly out on their balconies partying and or using speaker phone, walking disturbing the peace. Night and day! No parking because of guests coming to party with tenants. It’s a constant battle. Management completely ignores.
It is impossible to find a parking spot past 8pm, I usually have to park clear across the complex and walk forever when I get out of class at night. I have had my car towed...very unpleasant experience, not to mention expensive!
Great apartments! Highly recommend for anyone looking for luxurious amenities without breaking the bank. The management team has always been kind and courteous.
It's been 2 weeks since I moved here and honestly it is a just ok experience for me. There are things that I didn't like at my new house. The frequent maintenance complaints are the main reason. The parking unavailability is another problem for us.
Good customer service and always prompt responses to service requests. The property is at a good location which is near the blue valley school district
Community is so clean and looking great with new colors. And it’s looking greenery on all the sides of the community. When it comes to the view, cleanliness and neighbors all loooks great and perfect.
I like living here. I feel like this complex is a safe place for residents and their families. I hardly ever hear our neighbors also and our apartment is very nice. Only thing is parking can be tight at times
Sandstone Creek has been a great place to stay so far. They have been relatively quick responding to service calls and the apartment itself has been very comfortable. If you're looking for a good place to live that isn't going to be a headache like most, this is the place.
I have been here for a month and it has been a great experience so far. Staffs are helpful, apt is great and amenities are good too. Moving in was easy
The apartment is very nice. All of the staff is very responsive and quick to address any concerns. The community areas are kept clean. The staff takes the community guidelines serious, which make it a safe place to live. It is an overall great place to live!
Maintenance is not good. Not much parking spaces available. Office staff is not friendly. Valet Trash pick-up service is good. Rent is comparatively low.
My experience in the past was good, now I'm seeing a lot of things wrong in the condominium, many people living in one apartment, lack of spaces due to so many people living together, the entertainment area like the pool and other leisure areas with a lot of people who don't live here, disrespect in the pool area, the saddest thing is that we talk about nobody and we don't listen to us.
PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE. There is nothing more degrading than not being able to find a parking spot in your own home. If you come home past 8pm, you will be lucky if you can find even a single parking spot in the entire complex. There have been many instances where I've had to circle the complex many times and just end up waiting for someone to leave so I can park. I have also heard they are quick to tow your car if you park on the side of the street. If you bring this issue up to the leasing agents, they will have no sympathy for you and tell you that your only option is to rent a $100/month detached garage. I personally feel like parking should be a basic amenity in an apartment complex, but apparently this complex does not feel the same.
DO NOT RENT HERE! This has been the longest 13 months of my life. Living in a community surrounded by people whose waking hours are 10pm to 4pm is miserable. No one cares that there are people who work and sleep at night. No complaint ever is actually "heard". 8 people allowed to live in a 2 bedroom apartment coming and going all year long, different people all of the time. No one cares. Toilet water leaking into our apartment on multiple occasions. Furnace out in the dead of winter (this problem was actually tended to in a decent timeline). Foundation cracks throughout the entire apartment. Garden tubs are wonderful, except you can only put about 3 inches of water in it before the hot water runs out.
Unfortunately, very unprofessional. Be careful what you get yourself into before you sign a contract with them. I am a physician and have lived in different places the past 7 years and never had such a bad experience. Their maintenance employee came to fix my fridge, and during fixing it, caused some damages to the body of the fridge but the fridge worked. We told them about it at that second and since it is working, they didn't think they needed to replace it. When I left the apartment, they sent me a bill of 1155 for a new fridge. When I discussed it with them, they asked for proof which proves that their maintenance employee damaged the fridge. I told them that I called them and discussed it on the phone with them. Their answer was, we don't care, we need a proof, which was shockingly rude. I ended up paying for the fridge of course.
